Recently, Mr. Tadhg O’Callaghan, Director for China at Enterprise Ireland, together with Mr. Simon Hao, Senior Market Advisor, visited Newbaze. As the first Chinese dairy company to invest in the construction of a wholly owned infant formula manufacturing facility in County Monaghan, Ireland, Newbaze serves as an important bridge for Sino-Irish cooperation in the dairy sector. The visit aimed to gain first-hand insights into the company’s local R&D and smart manufacturing capabilities, while also exploring new opportunities for collaboration across the global supply chain.

近日，爱尔兰贸易与科技局（Enterprise Ireland）中国区总监 Tadhg O’Callaghan 先生携高级市场顾问郝宇先生到访纽贝滋。作为首家在爱尔兰莫纳亨郡投资建设全资婴幼儿配方奶粉生产基地的中国乳制品企业，纽贝滋已成为中爱乳业合作的重要桥梁。本次访问旨在深入了解企业在本土研发与智能制造方面的实力，并进一步探讨全球供应链层面的合作新机遇。

自2016年与爱尔兰官方机构达成战略合作以来，纽贝滋在莫纳亨郡建设的爱利菲（IreLiffey）工厂已于2019年获欧盟与中国双重认证，成为中爱产能合作的成功范例.

Since establishing strategic cooperation with Irish official bodies in 2016, Newbaze's IreLiffey facility in County Monaghan obtained both EU and Chinese certifications in 2019, standing as a successful model of production collaboration between China and Ireland.

通过构建从爱尔兰到中国市场的端到端全链路供应体系，公司不仅夯实了稳定可靠的高品质源头，也持续推动了本土研发能力与智能制造水平的升级。在此次考察中，我们的团队参观了纽贝滋上海工厂的全自动化智能生产线以及通过 CNAS 认证的国家级实验室。

By establishing an end-to-end supply chain from Ireland to the Chinese market, the company has not only secured a strong and reliable source of quality, but also driven continuous upgrades in local R&D capabilities and intelligent manufacturing. During the visit, our team toured Newbaze’s Shanghai facility, including its fully automated smart production lines and the CNAS-accredited national laboratory.

Regarding Enterprise Ireland’s relationship and previous engagement with Newbaze, our FDI Team has delivered a comprehensive, whole-business support solution to assist the company as a foreign direct investor. This support includes ongoing aftercare services, as well as local market assistance such as facilitating regular business review meetings to understand evolving business needs and providing product registration support for Newbaze’s new infant formula product.

关于爱尔兰贸易与科技局与纽贝滋之间的合作关系及既往支持情况，我局外国直接投资（FDI）团队为其作为外资企业提供了覆盖全业务周期的综合支持方案。其中包括持续的投后服务，以及多项本地市场支持举措，如定期组织业务回顾会议以深入了解企业发展需求，并为其新推出的婴幼儿配方奶粉产品提供注册支持。

In addition, Enterprise Ireland’s China team has supported Newbaze through high-level engagement initiatives, including meetings with government ministers, promotional support at the China International Import Expo (CIIE), and close coordination with Chinese authorities to facilitate on-site audits required for plant registration.

此外，爱尔兰贸易与科技局中国团队也通过多层次、高规格的对接方式持续支持纽贝滋发展，包括安排与政府部长的会晤、在中国国际进口博览会（CIIE）期间提供宣传推广支持，以及与中国相关主管部门密切协调，协助完成工厂注册所需的现场审核工作。
