When working on live distribution lines, the reliability of safety tools is crucial. Today, we'll introduce a key piece of equipment—the conductor shield. Made of high-density cross-linked polyethylene, it provides a solid safety barrier for distribution line conductor work.

I. Core Performance and Application Scenarios
This shield has a tensile strength of ≤11 MPa and a mechanical puncture force of ≤30 N. During operation, it can be operated closely with insulating rubber gloves or remotely controlled using an operating lever, flexibly meeting diverse operational needs.

II. Product Models and Specifications
It comes in two model: with an adapter (714001) and without an adapter (714002). Both versions have a maximum operating voltage of 17 kV, measure 51 x 1500 mm, and weigh 1.8 kg and 1.4 kg, respectively, to accommodate different work habits and scenarios.

In addition, the adapter (714003, weighing 0.4kg) includes screws, brackets, and other components that can be customized to further enhance operational flexibility.

III. Safe Operation
During live-line work, the conductor shield acts like an "insulating protective suit" for the conductor, effectively isolating live parts and reducing the risk of electric shock for workers, making every conductor work safer and more efficient. Whether performing line inspection, maintenance, or modification work, it is a crucial tool for ensuring operational safety.
