The Borrower is willing to favorably consider cooperation with Italian companies in the context of its future procurement plans. Whenever possible, the Company will invite Italian companies to participate in bidding and tender their services/products, as appropriate.

 - Access to free-of-charge scouting activities and analysis of Italian supply.

- Organization of B2B meetings targeted to specific procurement needs.

•  Exporter

- Access to main international buyers through a preferential access

- Development of other commercial opportunities through B2B meetings with general contractors and local partners, service providers etc.

The Borrower undertakes to attend meetings and match making events organized by SACE or other institutions indicated by SACE in Italy and abroad, in order to foster the dialogue with Italian companies and potential partners of relevance. SACE and the Borrower will hold periodic consultations to identify prospects for procurement opportunities from Italian companies.

During the entire tenor of the SACE Covered Facility, the Borrower will deliver to SACE periodic reports summarizing the list of all contracts signed with Italian companies during the said period.
