2019年7月17日—21日，世界中医药学会联合会艾滋病专业委员会2019年学术年会在西藏拉萨召开。会议由世界中医药学会联合会艾滋病专业委员会主办，河南中医药大学第一附属医院承办，浏阳利美医院协办。会议以“中西医优势互补与艾滋病防治”为主题，来自全国近300名专家学者及领导相聚一堂，交流和展示艾滋病防治领域近几年所取得的成绩，共同探讨和展望艾滋病防治的未来、发展前景。中央广播电视台拉萨台、拉萨电视台、西藏日报社、新华社等新闻媒体对会议进行了全程报道。
The 2019 academic annual meeting of AIDS professional committee of the world federation of traditional Chinese medicine societies was held in Lhasa, Tibet. The conference was sponsored by AIDS professional committee of world federation of traditional Chinese medicine societies, undertaken by the first affiliated hospital of henan university of traditional Chinese medicine, and co-organized by liuyang limei hospital. The theme of the conference is "complementary advantages between the Chinese and western medicine, prevention and treatment of AIDS". Nearly 200 experts, scholars and leaders from all over the country gathered together to communicate and show the achievements in the field of AIDS prevention and treatment in recent years, and jointly discuss and look forward to the future and development prospects of AIDS prevention and treatment.CCTV, Lhasa TV, Tibet daily, xinhua and other news media covered the whole meeting.
开幕式上，原河南中医药管理局局长张重刚、河南中医药大学第一附属医院副院长霍勤、西藏藏医药大学附属医院院长多杰仁青、中国中医科学院艾滋病中心主任王健研究员、河南中医药大学第一附属医院徐立然教授，对此次学术年会发表讲话，并达成共识-在党和国家高度重视下，中医药发展已经上升为国家战略，我国制定了《中国遏制与防治艾滋病“十三五”行动计划》，对艾滋病的防治提出了新的目标和要求，这是对在座中医药防治艾滋病同仁的新要求。
At the opening ceremony,Chong Gang Zhang , former director of henan administration of traditional Chinese medicine; Qin Huo , deputy director of the first affiliated hospital of henan university of traditional Chinese medicine; Duo Jie RenQing, President of the affiliated hospital of Tibet Tibetan medicine university; Jian Wang , director of the AIDS center of the Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine, and Li Ran Xu , professor of the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine, delivered a speech at the annual academic conference. With the great attention of the party and the state, the development of traditional Chinese medicine has become a national strategy. China has formulated the 13th five-year plan of action to curb and prevent AIDS, which sets new goals and requirements for the prevention and treatment of AIDS, which is a new requirement for the colleagues of Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of AIDS present here.
会上，中国中医科学院中医药防治艾滋病研究中心王健教授，对本次会议作主旨演讲，回顾中医药治疗艾滋病的30年，并从中医药防治艾滋病在症候学、疗效等方面做了梳理，展示中药唐草片、藏药藏艾康等院内制剂的研发成果。他指出，要发挥中医药治疗艾滋病的特色和优势，采用辨证论治和个体化诊疗的手段，形成中西医结合治疗艾滋病治疗方案和疗效评价体系，为更多的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人提供安全、有效、优质、可及的医疗服务。
During the meeting, Jian Wang , director of the Chinese medicine AIDS prevention and treatment research center of the Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine, made a keynote speech on the theme of the meeting, reviewing the work results of the 30 years of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS, especially in the ninth, fifteenth and eleventh five-year , and summarizing the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of AIDS in aspects of the symptoms and curative effect, to display the research and development results of traditional Chinese medicine tangcao tablet, Tibetan medicine cangaikang and other hospital preparations. Finally, he pointed out that "Under the guidance of theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine of AIDS, we have to exert the advantages and characters of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS, adopt the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and individualized diagnosis and treatment to form the AIDS treatment program and efficacy evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine, integrated Chinese and western medicine, and provide more HIV and AIDS patients with safe, effective, high quality, and medical services."
上海市公共卫生临床中心主治医师的陈军博士，在会议上发表了关于“艾滋病的挑战与应对策略”的主题演讲，以临床医生的角度，用8年的数据统计，分析中国艾滋病流行现状，并讲述了艾滋病暴露前及暴露后预防及应对策略，以及艾滋病功能性治愈的相关研究课题。
Dr. Jun Chen , attending physician of Shanghai public health clinical center, delivered a keynote speech on "challenges and coping strategies of AIDS" at the conference, analyzing the current situation of AIDS epidemic in China from the perspective of clinicians and 8 years of data statistics. Dr. Chen described the situation of pre-exposure and post-exposure prophylaxis and the research topic of functional cure of AIDS.
这次的会议选址在西藏拉萨召开，藏医药作为藏民族文化的智慧结晶，成为此次会议的焦点之一，专家学者们都给予了高度关注和关心。现任世界中联艾滋病专业委员会第三届理事会常务理事的藏医药专家平措绕吉先生，在会议上做了“藏艾含片在艾滋病防治中的应用研究“的专题演讲，从藏药防治艾滋病的理论，藏医的人体七大物质及三因原理出发，以藏医学瘟疫病的角度对艾滋病的本质进行了初步的探索，并提出HIV感染藏医体中“髓”和“精”的原理。
在利美医院董事长帅放文先生的努力下，藏医药防治艾滋病的药物藏艾含片得以顺利诞生。平措医生在会上和与会嘉宾分享防治艾滋病的藏草药采集及研发过程，以及国内和国外藏艾含片的研究方法和临床实践经验。他也分析了藏药防治艾滋病遇到的困难和未来的发展方向。最后，平措医生将10年的艾滋病研究成果汇集成书《索瓦日巴和艾滋病》，分享给在座嘉宾。
The meeting was held in Lhasa, Tibet. As the wisdom of Tibetan culture, Tibetan medicine has become one of the focal points of the meeting, and experts and scholars have paid high attention to it. Ping cuo rao ji, the Tibetan medicine expert who is the standing director of the third council of the AIDS professional committee of the world federation, did the keynote speech called "study on the application of Tibetan Ai tablets in the prevention and treatment of AIDS". Based on the seven elements and three causes of the human body in Tibetan medicine, the speech makes a preliminary exploration of the nature of AIDS from the perspective of the plague of Tibetan medicine, and provides a theoretical basis for the research on the prevention and treatment of AIDS in Tibetan medicine with principles of "marrow" and "essence" in Tibetan medicine system.
Under the efforts of Fangwen Shuai, the Chairman of Liuyang Limei Hospital, Tibetan Ai tablets, tibetan medicine against AIDS, was successfully born. Mr. Ping cuo rao ji shared the collection and development process of Tibetan herbal medicine for AIDS prevention and control, and the research methods and clinical practice experience of Tibetan ai buccal tablets at home and abroad, and then analyzed the difficulties encountered by Tibetan medicine for AIDS prevention and control and the future development direction.Finally, Dr. Puncog collected his 10 years' AIDS research results into the book "sova riba and AIDS" and Shared them with the guests.
中国中医科学院临床基础医学研究所刘孟宇研究员，在会议上，以中医药标准制定的过程和方法，分享了标准的技术内容的撰写，标准质量评价，为中医药治疗艾滋病研究提供很好的方法。
Meng Yu Liu, a researcher at the institute of clinical basic medicine, Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine, Shared the technical content writing and standard quality evaluation of the standard based on the process and method of TCM standard formulation, which provided a good method for TCM treatment of AIDS research.
北京地坛医院感染性疾病诊疗中心李鑫主任，在会上简明扼要地解读最新版《艾滋病诊疗指南(2018版)》，包括强化艾滋病预防理念，规范了HIV单阳家庭的生育问题、合并结核病和隐球菌脑膜炎治疗方案更新，及首次提出HIV感染全程管理的理念等等。
Xin Li, director of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment center, Beijing ditan hospital，briefly read at the meeting the latest version of the HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2018 edition), the guidelines include strengthening the concept of HIV/AIDS prevention, standard HIV ChanYang family fertility problems, combination of tuberculosis (TB) and the new content of cryptococcal meningitis treatment, and first put forward the concept of HIV infection to the management, etc.

Shi Yan Yan , researcher, institute of clinical basic medicine, Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine, talked about the basic ideas and methodology progress of TCM clinical research, regarded efficacy evaluation as a systematic and progressive complete evidence system of clinical practice, and introduced the layout and platform design of TCM clinical research, pathology registration research and other methods through examples.
昌都市藏医藏学会会长布地次仁研究员，提出要快速发展藏医特色专科化的路径。藏药是广阔的海洋，作为一个人是难以全知的，需要培养具有藏族特色的专家。他在专业性的传承方式、指标、困难、效果等方面进行了论述，并结合亲身经历分享了按照专科设置方法建立专科的经验。
Bu Di Ci Ren, President of qamdo association of Tibetan medicine and tibetology, proposed the path of developing specialty of Tibetan medicine.Tibetan medicine is a vast ocean. As a person, it is difficult to know all about it. Experts with Tibetan characteristics need to be cultivated.He discussed the ways, indicators, difficulties, effects and other aspects of professional inheritance, and Shared the experience of establishing a specialized college according to the establishment method of the specialized college with his own experience.
河南中医药大学第一附属医院徐立然教授，为嘉宾们发表了“中西医结合诊疗艾滋病的优势及研究策略”精彩演讲，从我国艾滋病诊疗的难点到我国新发现的HIV感染现状的分析，论述中西医结合治疗艾滋病临床特色优势，实现减少不良反应、减少耐药和免疫重建，并为防治艾滋病的快速发展提供巨大贡献。
Professor Li Ran Xu, the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine, published speech titled "the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS and research strategy". From China's HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment of difficult to analyzing the present situation and problems of new HIV infections in China, he discusses the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of AIDS clinical characteristic advantage, to reduce adverse reactions, reduce the resistance and immunity reconstruction, and provide great contribution to the rapid development of AIDS prevention and treatment.
世界中医药学会联合会艾滋病专业委员会2019年学术年会在世中联艾滋病专业委员会李勇秘书长的祝福下圆满落幕，大会达成共识，利用中医药的优势作为切入点，在国家政策的支持下，中医智慧与现代科学相结合，中西医互补，不断的拓展中医药防治艾滋病的能力，发挥更大的空间。
The 2019 academic annual meeting of AIDS professional committee of the world federation of traditional Chinese medicine societies ended successfully with the blessing of Li Yong, secretary-general of aids-related professional committee of the United Nations of China. The conference reached a consensus, which under the support of national policies, using the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine as a starting point, combining the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and modern science, complementing Chinese and western medicine, continue to expand the ability of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat AIDS, and develop greater space.
