据壹航运最新获悉:哥本哈根当地时间3月17日,航运市场风向标马士基就中东波斯湾地区空箱还柜出台新规。新规要求所有客户必须将空箱归还至指定地点,否则将必须支付600至3000美元的额外空箱还柜费。
马士基在公告中称:鉴于霍尔木兹海峡及其周边海域航行和港口作业形势不断变化,为了保障我方船舶、船员及贵方货物的安全,马士基正在实施临时空箱返还安排:
即日起至另行通知,对于现有和新的进口到阿联酋、卡塔尔、巴林、科威特、沙特阿拉伯(朱拜勒)、伊拉克和阿曼(杜库姆)的货物,以往正常的就近还柜堆场将不再接收空集装箱!(empty containers will not be accepted at their usual return locations.)
根据马士基的最新要求,所有空箱只能归还到下面两个指定港口堆场。
- Oman – Salalah阿曼 – 萨拉拉
- Saudi Arabia – Jeddah沙特阿拉伯 – 吉达
如果客户不能根据马士基最新要求将空箱归还至指定堆场,马士基将额外加收一个额外还柜费Drop off charges (DRP),收费标准如下:
值得注意的是,马士基还在通知中强调,目前阿曼苏哈尔港(Sohar)仅接受在阿曼卸货的客户的空箱;约旦亚喀巴港(Aqaba) 仅接受在伊拉克卸货的客户的空箱。
业内人士指出,随着中东特别是霍尔木兹海峡一带安全风险上升,船公司正持续收紧运营策略,包括调整航线、限制空箱流转及强化风险控制措施,以降低潜在运营风险。

Returning of empty container in region
In light of the evolving situation affecting navigation and port operations in and around the Strait of Hormuz, and in order to protect the safety of our vessels, crews and your cargo, Maersk is implementing temporary empty-container return arrangements.
Effective immediately and until further notice, for existing and new import shipments into the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia (Jubail), Iraq and Oman (Duqm), empty containers will not be accepted at their usual return locations.
Instead, empties should be returned only to the designated depots listed below.
Designated empty return depots:
- Oman – Salalah
- Saudi Arabia – Jeddah
