Haikou is the capital city in Hainan Province. This city is having a new enterprise service platform for the whole industrial investment chain and helping to build Hainan as the new free trade port. The new service platform is built by Haikou International Investment Promotion Bureau (HIIPB), aiming at constructing an attractive investment environment and serving enterprises from launching to maturing. 


On April 8th, HIIPB successfully held the "Online Signing Ceremony"event of Haikou’s New Enterprise Service Platform in Haikou. This contract is aiming at enterprises and government collaborating at a new service platform which is implemented by HIIPB. 


Vice Mayor Wang Lei of Haikou city certificated the signing contract of these 105 enterprises joining in the new service platform. The event focused on integrating various government and social enterprise service resources and building a whole industrial investment service platform.



Within an hour, the signing contract were synchronized both online and offline. Totally 105 domestic and international enterprise representatives signed cooperation agreements with HIPPB, including finance, consulting, law, finance, human resources, and intellectual property industries etc. 


Haikou was the main venue of “Online Signing Ceremony” event. There were 9 domestic headquarters enterprises invited to the scene, including Hainan Branch of China Construction Bank, and other 8 institutional representatives. Affected by COVID-19, the other 96 domestic and international corporate branch venues attended the event by online conference applcation. They signed agreements remotely for investment and cooperation with Haikou city. 


Dozens of famous international corporates showed interests of investing and launching at Haikou.

    PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
  • Accountant affairs:
    KPMG Consulting (Hainan) Co., Ltd.
  • 18 law firms:
    Hainan Tianhao Law Firm
  • 10 human resource service companies:
    Hainan Tianya Human Resource Management Service Co., Ltd.
  • 15 intellectual property service agencies:
    Hainan Intellectual Property Association.



These effective signing-up contract presents the great potentiality and opportunity of Haikou’s economic development.
