2023 意大利A'设计大奖赛 A' Design Award & Competition 获奖名单近期揭晓,建宁康恒南宁双定垃圾焚烧发电厂荣获建筑类金奖,再次惊艳国际。


The list of winners for the 2023 Italy A' Design Award & Competition has recently been revealed, with the Jianing SUS Nanning Shuangding Waste-to-Energy Plant receiving the Gold Award in the architecture category, once again stunning the world.

With its sustainable design philosophy and outstanding architectural presentation, the Jianing SUS Nanning Shuangding project has also received the following honors: Special Nomination in the 2023 A+Awards in the Architecture and Environment category in the United States, Honorary Nomination in the 2023 DNA Paris Design Awards in the Infrastructure and Transportation Architecture category in France, Honorary Nomination in the 2022 IDA International Design Awards in the Sustainable Green Living category in the United States, and Winner in the 2022 OPAL London Outstanding Property Awards in the Architecture Design/Sustainable Development/Green Living category in the United Kingdom.

南宁是广西壮族自治区首府,被盛誉为中国的“绿城”。多民族聚居区的丰富民俗文化以及喀斯特地貌区的磅礴峰丛,共同构成了属于南宁的设计语言素材,也成为联系民众与建筑之间的情感纽带。


Nanning, the capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is renowned as China's "Green City." Its rich folk culture in the multi-ethnic inhabited area and the majestic karst landscape have collectively formed the design language materials unique to Nanning, serving as an spiritual contention between the people and the architecture.

而在距离南宁市区20公里外的西北郊,坐落着已建成的南宁双定垃圾焚烧发电厂,在一片桉树林的包围之中,背靠着茫茫无际的喀斯特峰丛。


Located 20 kilometers northwest of the city center of Nanning, nestled amidst eucalyptus forests and against the backdrop of vast karst peaks, stands the Nanning Shuangding Waste-to-Energy Plant.

过去,由于有关知识的普及不到位,垃圾焚烧厂的建设常引起周边居民的不满与抵制,康恒致力于破除“邻避效应”,打造让民众接受甚至喜爱的垃圾焚烧发电厂不仅通过新技术有效生产能源并消除对环境的污染,外观更导入对美学和设计的关注,提高公众接受度。


In the past, inadequate public knowledge about such facilities often led to dissatisfaction and resistance from the nearby residents. SUS is dedicated to eliminates the "not in my backyard" attitude and create a waste incineration power plant that the public can not only accept but also appreciate. They have not only effectively produced energy and eliminated environmental pollution through new technologies but have also incorporated aesthetics and design into the exterior, thus enhancing public acceptance.

建筑场地的正北面是一片连绵起伏的山脉,而在这满眼绿色的环境之中,赫然出现了一片被水泥厂采矿而削平山头的裸露台地。


The northern aspect of the architectural site features rolling mountain ranges, creating a lush, green environment. In this picturesque setting, there emerges a bare plateau that has been flattened by the mining of a cement factory.

设计师试图对自然环境和场地记忆做出回应,在厂房主立面上引入起伏的峰丛形态,在视觉概念上补全因人类破坏而削平的山脉,进而引发人类对自身行为的反思。


The designers aimed to respond to the natural surroundings and the site's memory by introducing a series of an undulating mountain range to visually remedy the damage of human industrial activities to the maintains, evoking the self-examination of human activities.

在设计时,设计师格外注重实现建筑的工业理性的同时,呼应建筑的人文属性。


When designing, the designer placed a significant emphasis on achieving industrial rationality while also resonating with the human aspect of the building.

峰丛形态位于厂房上部,通过函数控制,保证了曲线的曲率变化均匀,使其具有良好的视觉形态和延展属性。


The pattern of the mountain range is situated at the upper portion of the factory, and the smoothness of the curvature was ensured through precise function control, resulting in a visually appealing and elongated form.

厂房上部由铝板幕墙和玻璃幕墙两个体系构成,形成构造精妙,充满幻象的视觉体验。


The upper section of the factory consists of two systems: aluminum panel curtain walls and glass curtain walls, creating a exquisite detailing and illusionary visual experience.

铝板幕墙采用镜面和哑光两种铝板格栅相间布置,形成强反射与弱反射的交替节奏,有效地降低了工程难度和造价,同时又增加了立面的机械感与构成感。


The aluminum panels, arranged alternately in mirror and matte finishes, establish a rhythm of strong and weak reflections. This optimization effectively simplifies the construction and reduces the project budget, meanwhile enhancing the machine aesthetic of the facade.

玻璃幕墙是丛峰形态的主体,具有三维化的视觉层次。因工业厂房室内具有照度均匀的需求,所以东、南、西三个方向外置的三角形玻璃肋可以有效地散射进入室内阳光,避免形成强烈的光照与阴影。


The glass curtain walls serve as the primary component of the mountain range pattern, offering a three-dimensional visual hierarchy. To satisfy the need for uniform illumination of the internal space, triangular glass ribs on the east, south, and west sides can effectively scatter sunlight into the interior, avoiding harsh lighting and shadows.

厂房的裙房部分包含多种功能空间,需要灵活开窗,因此采用横向带状布局。其中带状铝板幕墙将曲面元素简化为三角面,在降低工程难度的同时,很好地呼应了厂房上部的丛峰形象。


The podium of the factory contains a variety of functional spaces, thus horizontal strips of windows and aluminum spandrels are adopted to accommodate flexible opening of windows. The dynamic form of the spandrels is optimized by triangulation, which not only simplifies the construction, but also echoes the language of mountain range.

另外设计师通过对幕墙色彩、肌理和形式的把控,以一种不易察觉而又复杂精妙的方式,赋予了建筑随视角、光线、天气而变的动态美学,缓解了建筑巨大体量对环境的压迫感。


By manipulating the colour, texture and form of the facade, the design team imbued the building with a dynamic aesthetic that changes with the viewing angle, light, and weather in an imperceptible and sophisticated way, alleviating the sense of imposing mass that a large building might have on the environment.

建筑以一种易懂又意味悠远的方式,兼顾了自然与人文两个层面,拉近了与民众之间的距离,成为大地景观的塑造者。


The building, in a comprehensible yet profound manner, considering both the natural and human aspects, bridging the gap with the public and becomes a shaper of the Earth's landscape.

与传统的垃圾填埋相比,垃圾焚烧发电能够达到能源替代、节能增效、资源再生的要求。


Compared to traditional landfill methods, waste incineration for power generation meets the requirements of energy substitution, energy efficiency, and resource regeneration.


据统计,南宁双定垃圾焚烧发电厂每年可以处理约88万吨生活垃圾,协同处置有机垃圾与市政污泥约17万吨,发电约3.8亿度 ,相当于20万户居民年用电量


不考虑向外供电替代电网电量等产生的减排量,全年可实现碳减排超6万吨,深度契合联合国“气候行动”这一可持续发展议题。


According to statistics, the Nanning Shuangding Waste-to-Energy Plant processes approximately 880,000 tons of solid municipal waste annually, co-treating organic waste and municipal sludge totaling around 170,000 tons, generating approximately 380 million kWh of electricity. This is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 200,000 households.


Without considering the emission reduction achieved by replacing grid electricity with power generated by the plant, the facility achieves a carbon emission reduction of over 60,000 tons per year, aligning closely with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal of "Climate Action."

Nowadays, efficient energy utilization has become a key aspect of environmental protection and climate change mitigation. Nanning Jianning Water Group, in collaboration with SUS Environment, has pioneered the construction of China's first 1+N" circular economy industrial park with a "One Park, One Enterprise" collaborative approach to solid waste disposal. This innovative approach enables the recycling of materials and energy.


南宁项目的优质热能,便实现了周边青啤的招商入驻,不仅让垃圾变废为宝,还进一步带动了周边其他产业链的绿色转型。


The high-quality thermal energy generated by the Nanning project has attracted businesses like Tsingtao Brewery to establish operations in the vicinity, which not only transforms waste into a valuable resource but also catalyzes the green transformation of other industrial chains in the surrounding area.
