GLA President Grace Sun recently visited Upasana Special School in Delhi, marking another significant milestone in the GLA Foundation's global philanthropic journey. Upasana Special School provides comprehensive support to approximately 110 children and young adults with special needs, including autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual and multiple disabilities, hearing impairments, and learning difficulties.
The school operates without a fixed graduation age, accompanying each student throughout their developmental journey. It offers free physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy, alongside vocational training in computing and cooking to foster independence and community participation. For many families, this institution is a home away from home.

Behind Upasana stands Prem & Smile 4 All, a grassroots NGO deeply rooted in the community.
Founded by Dr. Ritu Arora, a golden alumnus from Delhi's Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, the Delhi-based humanitarian NGO operates on a simple principle: prioritize healing and compassion over financial transactions.
Rather than just disbursing funds, Prem & Smile 4 All engages directly with communities, providing medical care, health guidance, and sustained support, ensuring resources reach those most in need.
