The mid-year management meeting of Vision was hold on July 27, 2016 to July 29, 2016 at Shanwei to review the overall business of vision with the leaders from Shenzhen, Hubei, Vietnam and USA. It took over 4 hours to go through the agenda of each business unit for the pasting 6 months. Our main focus in the upcoming months cited from the President Huanong Zhang are still on our market growth, organization development, New Talent program, Product development and Quality improvement.
同时,雄韬与全球知名咨询服务公司光辉合益合作的组织能力提升项目也正式启动,由资深咨询顾问郭春满、刘斌、杨卫民和蒋丹霞通过三天的时间,从理论到实践,以分组学习、分享和游戏等方式,带领全体雄韬高管成员学习如何成为一位杰出的领导人。本次研讨会的顺利召开,激发每个成员更加的开放与敞开心痱,以建立管理成员之间的信任,为雄韬接下来的组织变革与战略调整打下思想基础。
Along with the management meeting, the Organization development was officially kicked off. During the 3-day workshop, the experienced consultants Steven Guo, Michael Yang and Benny Liu from Hay Group (Korn Ferry) had been facilitating a great workshop for Making Great Leaders (MGL), which brought the whole management team a brand new training experience. Four groups of leaders were formed to learn how to be a great leader by sharing, discussing and playing. It was a very productive workshop with all of the inputs and sharing of each manager and it also laid a mental foundation for Vision organization development with the new business strategy.
