6 million kilowatts of energy storage will be built in 2025! Ordos of Inner Mongolia new energy development action Program released

Recently, People's Government of Ordo issued "Ordos New Energy Development Action Program (2024-2025)". By the end of 2023, Ordos City has formed the production capacity of 5GW of wind power equipment, 10.5GWh of power and energy storage batteries, and 40,000 new energy vehicles. According to the action target of the program, the city's new energy project grid-connected scale will be doubled year by year, and the total grid-connected scale will exceed 24 million kilowatts in 2024, and 2 million kilowatts of energy storage will be built. Chengdu: Actively layout new energy storage, and focus on R&D of diversified energy storage methods

On March 22, People's Government of Chengdu Municipality issued the Chengdu Carbon Peak Implementation Program. The program proposes to comprehensively grow green low-carbon competitive industries. Guangzhou: the installed capacity of new energy storage will reach about 200,000 kW by 2025

Actively support the construction of integrated energy projects with source network, load and storage integration and multi-energy complementation. Encourage and regulate the pilot application and promotion of various new energy storage projects such as power generation-side, grid-side, user-side energy storage and independent energy storage. By 2025, build Strong Smart Grid of megacity, and the installed capacity of new energy storage will reach about 200,000 kilowatts. Shanghai 2024 offshore wind power competitive allocation: allocation of energy storage not less than 20% / 2h

March 20, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Shanghai 2024 annual offshore wind power project competitive allocation work program". The program competitive allocation range is the offshore wind power planning sites approved by the National Energy Administration of Shanghai Municipality in the city's sea area Hengsha East site, Chongming East site, the state-controlled deep and distant sea I site, II site, with a total installed capacity of 5.8 million kilowatts. If the related supporting energy storage is not completed and put into operation on schedule according to the requirements of the Shanghai Municipal Energy Authority, the feed-in tariff will be reduced by RMB 0.01/kWh for every half year (less than half a year according to half a year) that it is overdue.


Zhengzhou City: 20 new power exchange stations and 300 supercharger stations will be built by the end of 2025

On March 19, Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government issued "Zhengzhou Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Development Plan (2024-2035)". The plan states that by the end of 2025, the scale of the city's charging facilities will reach 214,000, with the ratio of vehicles to charging piles approaching 3:1, reaching the national advanced level. There are 27,000 public charging facilities, 13,000 dedicated charging facilities, 174,000 charging facilities in residential neighborhoods, and the scale of the power exchange station has reached 46, forming a public charging and exchanging network with a charging service radius of less than 1 kilometer in the core area of the city, and making every effort to ensure the safe travel of 670,000 electric vehicles in Zhengzhou City. In terms of promotion in key areas, the construction of super charging stations and demonstrative centralized public charging stations will be promoted. By 2025, the city will have built 300 super charging stations and 3,600 charging facilities, 458 charging stations and 4,580 charging facilities in townships, and at least one demonstration centralized public charging station in each county (city).

By 2035, the number of new energy vehicles will reach 2.7 million, and the scale of charging facilities in Zhengzhou is expected to reach 1.1 million. Personal charging piles will reach 900,000, and public dedicated charging facilities will reach 200,000. The development of power exchange stations will be accelerated to form a system of urban power exchange facilities that matches the scale of power exchange-type new energy vehicles.


Pingdingshan strives to reach more than 500,000 kilowatts of new energy storage installed capacity in 2024

On March 18, Pingdingshan Municipal People's Government, Henan Province, issued "2024 National Economic and Social Development Plan of Pingdingshan City".
