Peng Bing, the professor of Peking University Law School and Director of the Financial Law Research Center of Peking University, provided a detailed interpretation of "Legal Liability for Securities Fraud." He shared some of the changes brought by new regulations in the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, which were aimed at enhancing enterprises' awareness of legal risk prevention in securities issues.
