Recently, 'Yuehai · Beneficial Events for Enterprises' were hosted in Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (YHES). The program was planned by Yuehai Sub-district Office, and hosted with Alibaba, Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association (SZOBEA), Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, and other organizations. These events focus on themes like Customs Facilitation Policy, Cross-Border Finance Policy, International Compliance, etc., and aim to help local enterprises seize more global market opportunities. 近期，粤海国际化“益企行”项目持续开展，围绕涉外政策、跨境金融及国际化合规等项目重要板块，南山区粤海街道办事处联合阿里巴巴国际站、深圳市跨境电子商务协会开展了海关跨境贸易便利化政策解读活动，联合中国银行深圳市分行举办跨境投资金融政策宣讲会——马来西亚篇，系列活动由粤海国际化企业服务交流中心承办。粤海国际化“益企行”作为粤海街道民生微实事重要实施项目，从出海企业所需的海关便利化政策、跨境金融政策、海外市场合规经营等场景出发，旨在为本土出海企业提供实用的政策解析和行业间的交流机会。

Liu Yangyang, Section Chief of Cross-border E-Commerce Supervision Division at Shenzhen Customs Luggage and Mail Supervision Division, delivered a presentation on "Cross-Border Enterprise Customs Clearance Policies and Compliance Suggestions." She shared the basic concepts and key points of cross-border e-commerce declarations, with a focus on compliance issues, which helps improve enterprise customs clearance efficiency while ensuring compliance.

深圳海关行邮监管处跨境电商监管科科长刘洋洋为与会企业代表作了“跨境企业通关政策宣导及合规建议”主题分享，她介绍了跨境电商申报基本概念及注意事项，同时重点分享了跨境电商申报中的合规问题，极大地帮助企业知晓了跨境电商企业如何做好出口规范申报，在合规的前提下提升通关效率。

Tao Gang, Alibaba's Cross-Border Supply Chain Customs Manager, and Xie Zhuoheng, the Secretary General of Logistics and supply chain at SZOBEA, shared insights on cross-border compliance and export, as well as the whole process of cross-border e-commerce export and customs knowledge. 

Aligned with Shenzhen's 9710 Cross-Border E-Commerce Sunshine Project, they offered a comprehensive explanation of the export process in cross-border e-commerce. They also provided a series of compliance suggestions, helping enterprises better understand and adhere to international trade regulations, and avoiding unnecessary legal risks and financial losses.

深圳阿里巴巴跨境供应链关务经理陶刚和深圳市跨境电子商务协会物流事业部秘书长谢卓亨，结合深圳市推广的9710跨境电商阳光化活动，从企业视角分别就跨境履约与合规出口、跨境电商出口全流程及关务常识等主题进行分享，由浅及深地讲解了跨境电商的出口流程，并为与会企业提供了一系列合规建议，帮助企业更好地理解和遵守国际贸易规则，从而避免不必要的法律风险和经济损失。

The seminar aims to provide practical financial, legal, and policy information for international enterprises planning to invest in Malaysia, further promoting overseas investment by local enterprises.

本次宣讲会旨在为有意进入马来西亚开展投资的国际化企业提供实用的金融、法律、政策方面的信息，进一步推动本土企业对外投资。

Liu Xiaofeng, Director of Transaction Banking Department at Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, shared overseas investment policies and related financial solutions, including foreign exchange management, fund transfers, and credit support. 

中国银行深圳市分行交易银行部主管刘晓锋，为与会企业介绍了对外投资政策及金融配套方案，包括外汇管理、资金汇兑、信贷支持等方面的政策措施。

Wu Yue, General Manager of Transaction Banking Department at Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad, shared online and analyzed Malaysia's economic development and investment environment, highlighting its political stability, economic growth, and industrial policies. 

吴越，马来西亚中国银行交易银行部总经理，结合其丰富经验，在线分享并详细分析了马来西亚的经济发展和投资环境，强调了马来西亚在政治稳定、经济增长、产业政策等方面的优势。

Ying Jian, Senior Strategist from Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, shared the new investment and trade trends in ASEAN and the development of financial services after the implementation of RCEP. He emphasized that this would enhance regional trade liberalization and investment facilitation.

应坚，中国银行（香港）资深策略规划师，分享了“RCEP生效后东盟投资贸易新动向及金融服务新发展”，指出随着RCEP的生效，区域贸易自由化、投资便利化、产业链优化将进一步加强。

Chang Zhenwen, Lawyer from Beijing Jing Sh Law Firm Shenzhen Office, shared practical advice on legal and taxation matters related to investments in Malaysia and advised on strategic overseas tax planning to help enterprises mitigate potential risks and losses.

随后，来自北京市京师（深圳）律师事务所的常珍文律师通过对马来西亚投资法律风险及税务简介，为企业提供了实用的专业建议，鼓励企业合理筹划海外税收，以避免可能的投资风险和损失。
