He illustrated his points with multiple vivid and typical enterprise cases, discussing the characteristics of different markets in Middle Eastern countries, including local customs, capital access rules, and labor regulations.

Mr. Fan emphasized the importance of ethical and intellectual property compliance, suggesting that enterprises should adhere to high ethical standards, which are principles and baselines that must be upheld during overseas operations. Regarding intellectual property compliance, he focused on how to address special protections for internationally renowned trademarks, challenges in patent compliance, and strategies for protecting trade secrets.
