"What, Why, and How?"are the most faced problems when comes to enterprise digital transformation. On July 21st, the "Process-driven Enterprise Digital Transformation Meeting" was successfully held by Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (YHES) and Best Consulting Group.
谈到数字化转型，不敢转、不能转、不会转，一直是困扰许多出海企业的大难题。7月21日，粤海国际化企业服务交流中心和百思特管理咨询集团共同主办了主题为《流程驱动企业数字化转型》的分享交流会，吸引了辖区内外众多的企业代表参与。

First, what is digital transformation?
首先，什么是数字化转型？
Digital transformation is the method of using digital technologies (such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, etc.) and capabilities to drive organizational business model innovation and business ecosystem restructuring. [Definition given by IDC (International Data Corporation)] Digital transformation has become increasingly critical in the development of enterprises. China's "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" further emphasizes the priorities to "accelerate digital development and build a digital China."
根据IDC(国际数据公司)的定义，利用数字化技术(例如云计算、大数据、人工智能、物联网、区块链等)和能力来驱动组织商业模式创新和商业生态系统重构的途径和方法即是数字化转型。近年来，数字化转型一直是企业发展的重要趋势，“十四五”规划中更明确指出，“加快数字化发展，建设数字中国”。

Meng Deqiang, the Executive Vice President of Best Consulting Group, shared "The reshaping of the second growth curve for enterprises through digital transformation," and emphasized the importance of enterprise information infrastructure construction and integration of innovative technologies.
活动邀请百思特管理咨询集团常务副总裁孟德强作为分享嘉宾，他分享了数字化变革对企业第二增长曲线的重塑，并强调了整体数字化顶层建设、企业信息化基础建设和创新技术融合对企业长远发展的重要性。
Based on years of policy research, speakers from Best Transformation Institute shared with attendees how to cultivate new ideas for digital transformation in enterprises and presented practical case studies of process-driven digital transformation.
来自百思特中国企业变革研究院的两位分享嘉宾，则结合其长期对相关政策的研究和行业洞察，分享了如何打造企业数字化转型新思维以及流程驱动数字化转型实践案例。
During the Q&A session, attendees raised questions such as "What pitfalls could small and medium-sized enterprises avoid when doing digital transformation?" and "What valuable insights could the overseas digital transformation cases provide for domestic companies?" The speakers gave detailed answers and shared their expertise on these topics.
互动交流环节，现场进行了热烈讨论，参与者围绕活动主题，提出了诸如中小型企业做好数字化转型应避免哪些误区、海外同行进行数字化转型的案例是否具有借鉴意义等问题，分享嘉宾予以详细解答。
