In 2022, Vietnam's GDP grew by 8.02%, attracting $27.72 billion in foreign investment. Chinese investors find Vietnam attractive due to its market potential and similarities in political and economic systems to China. Over the last decades, successful business practices in the domestic Chinese market can be used as valuable lessons for investors venturing into the Vietnamese market.

On September 5, the "Seminar on Vietnam's Financial Policy" was successfully held in Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (YHES). The event was jointly organized by Yuehai Sub-district Office, Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, co-organized by YHES. This event aims to assist companies in Yuehai in getting to know the policies that would help their global business.
9月5日，“聚力共生 赋能出海——跨境金融政策宣讲会之越南篇”在粤海街道顺利开展。本次活动由粤海街道办事处、中国银行深圳市分行及中国银行（香港）胡志明市分行联合主办，粤海国际化企业服务交流中心协办。作为粤海街道“护航企业出海”发展战略的具体体现，此次宣讲会旨在为辖区国际化企业提供跨境金融政策支持，助力企业更好地开拓越南市场。

Mr. Liu Xiaofeng from Bank of China Shenzhen Branch gave a speech on Cross-border Financial policy. He mentioned topics such as cross-border fund flow, foreign exchange management, and investment approvals. He also explained the policies regarding foreign capital in Vietnam, which offer strong support to companies looking to enter the Vietnamese market.
活动伊始，来自中国银行深圳市分行的分享嘉宾为企业代表们详解了跨境资金流动、外汇管理、投资审批等跨境金融相关政策服务，以及资本项下资金出境的政策，为出海企业在越南市场的投资和运营提供了有力的政策支持。

Mr. Lin Rensen from the Bank of China (Hong Kong) - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, delivered an online presentation sharing insights on Vietnam's economic development, business climate, and market potential through real-life examples. He also shared his advice for businesses to take advantage of the opportunities in the Vietnamese market and the benefits offered by the country's labour and financial policies.
来自中国银行（香港）胡志明市分行的代表，线上分享了越南的经济发展情况、投资环境以及市场的商机，为企业拓展越南业务提供了实用的信息和建议，鼓励企业可以把握住越南市场的增长期，以及劳动力和金融政策的红利，进行精准布局。

In the Q&A section, the participants asked questions about the Vietnamese labor market, policy advice for investment, and strategies for game companies to enter the Vietnamese market.
在互动交流环节，参与的企业代表们就越南市场劳动力情况、在越南投资的相关政策、游戏类公司如何更好进入越南市场等问题踊跃提问，与分享嘉宾进行积极互动。
"It's great being at today's event, as I get a chance to have a one-on-one discussion with industry practitioners. This has helped me gain a better understanding of cross-border policies in Vietnam and see some new opportunities in our field," said one representative.
一位与会代表表示，“参加本次的活动很有收获，像这种面对面的交流特别有效率，不仅加深了我对越南市场跨境政策的理解，也让大家看到了一些新的市场机会。”
Soon, Yuehai Sub-district will organize additional events as part of the "Into ASEAN" Series Event, which is designed to help enterprises discover more overseas markets, understand policies, expand partnerships and eventually increase their confidence in expanding their global business.
此次活动，不仅为粤海辖区国际化企业解读了关于跨境金融方面的政策，更为企业提供了一个了解越南市场、了解政策、拓展合作的机会，也更加坚定企业了在越南市场拓展业务的信心。
