YHES | Yuehai Held Series of Events to Benefit the Enterprises

Recently, "Yuehai · Beneficial Events for Enterprises" were hosted in Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (YHES).  The program was planned by Yuehai Sub-district Office, and hosted with Shenzhen Nanshan District Tax Service of State Taxation Administration, Shenzhen Compliance Management Academy on Transnational Corporations, Intellisia Institute, and other organizations. Aims to help enterprises expand their overseas business and explore global market opportunities. These events covered various themes including VAT Export Refund Policy, International Compliance, and the AI market in Southeast Asia, etc. Now, let's take a few minutes to look back at these exciting moments!

近期，粤海国际化“益企行”项目持续开展，围绕创新人才赋能、涉外政策及国别出海加持等项目重要板块，南山区粤海街道办事处联合国家税务总局深圳市南山区税务局开展了“一带一路”出口退税专题讲座、联合深圳市跨国企业合规管理研究院举办中小企业国际化经营合规风险应对活动、联合海国图智研究院举办出海东南亚：人工智能全球化“芯”动能活动。粤海国际化“益企行”作为粤海街道民生微实事重要实施项目，也为本土出海企业提供了多个方面的政策解析和行业间的交流机会。下面，让我们一起回顾这些精彩瞬间吧！

The project event was hosted by the Shenzhen Nanshan District Tax Service, State Taxation Administration, and Yuehai Sub-district Office. Aims to help enterprises learn the latest changes in VAT export refund policies for cross-border e-commerce industries, and enhance their market competitiveness.

由国家税务总局深圳市南山区税务局和深圳市南山区粤海街道办事处联合主办，此次讲座旨在帮助企业及时了解针对跨境电商企业出口退税政策的变化，及时回收资金，提高市场竞争力。

Chen Dongke, Deputy Director of the No. 2 Taxation Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Tax Service, shared the most faced tax risks in cross-border business, and practical risk prevention strategies for enterprises going global.

深圳市第二税务分局副局长、三级调研员陈东可就跨境出海业务税收风险与防范作详细介绍，深入分析了企业在出海过程中可能遇到的税收风险，并提供了一系列实用的风险防范策略，为企业出海提供了有益的指导。

Xie Xiaojie, the expert from the No. 2 Branch of Shenzhen Nanshan District Tax Service, explained the cross-border e-commerce export tax refund and tax exemption policies.

南山区税务局第二税务所业务骨干谢筱婕为参会的跨境电商企业全面讲解最新出口（免）退税政策，用丰富的案例让参会企业代表对出口退税政策有了更加直观和深刻的认识。

The event was hosted by Yuehai Sub-district Office and Shenzhen Compliance Management Academy on Transnational Corporations, and organized by YHES. It attracted participation from export-oriented enterprises such as CDP Group, Jilian Group, and CHESSYOUNG INTERNATIONAL.

Liu Zhendong, the Deputy Director of Shenzhen Compliance Management Academy on Transnational Corporations, explained the concept, types, and risk response measures of compliance in international business operations. He emphasized the importance for small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen compliance awareness and establish a comprehensive compliance management system, which is crucial for effectively dealing with compliance risks in international operations. 

深圳市跨国企业合规管理研究院副院长刘振东深入浅出地讲解了国际化经营合规的概念、类型及风险应对措施。他强调，中小企业加强合规意识，建立健全合规管理体系，对于有效应对国际化经营合规风险至关重要。通过此次活动，为与会企业提供了宝贵的合规管理知识，帮助他们在国际市场中稳健前行。

The event was hosted by Yuehai Sub-district Office and the Intellisia Institute, organized by YHES, and co-organized by Eleven International and the Shenzhen University The Institute for China's Overseas Interests.

The event provided enterprise representatives with the latest industry insights and practical strategies, bolstering their confidence in exploring the Southeast Asian market.
