2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). As collaboration deepens under the BRI framework, the large overseas markets have caught the attention of domestic enterprises, and cross-border e-commerce is developing as a crucial gateway for their worldwide outreach. Short video digital marketing methods and cross-border live streaming have also raised the demand for talent in these fields.
2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年,伴随着“一带一路”倡议合作的逐步深入,巨大的海外市场吸引着本土企业的目光,跨境电商则成为众多企业出海的重要桥梁。习近平总书记指出:“中国将挖掘外贸增长潜力,为推动国际贸易增长、世界经济发展作出积极贡献。中国将推动跨境电商等新业态新模式加快发展,培育外贸新动能。”当前,跨境直播、短视频等新型数字营销模式崛起,对相关领域的专业人才需求也随之增长。
Qin Qing, the Deputy Secretary of the College of International Exchange at Shenzhen University, delivered a speech. She highlighted the importance of nurturing innovative talents and expressed her expectations for the achievement of the training camp.
在开营仪式上,深圳大学国际交流学院副书记秦晴作为特邀嘉宾为活动致辞,她强调了此次活动对于培养国际化创新人才的重要性,并表达了本次训练营成果的期待。
William Zhang, the Executive Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, delivered an opening speech. He shared three main contents about the overview of the global cross-border e-commerce market, China's unique advantages in developing the cross-border e-commerce industry, and the development trends in various markets.
深圳市跨境电子商务协会执行秘书长张大鹏,发表了题为《跨境电商趋势和展望》的开幕式演讲,分析了全球跨境电商市场概况、中国在发展跨境电商方面的独特优势及跨境电商行业在不同市场发展的趋势,强调了发展跨境电商的重要性和巨大潜力。
Vicky Wong, the founder of Great Ideal, delivered a keynote speech. It helped students in the training camp shift their mindset to better adapt to the new paradigm of cross-border e-commerce digital marketing by making comparisons between traditional e-commerce and the new e-commerce model.
随后,Great Ideal创始人王琪带来了关于跨境电商数字营销的主题演讲,通过详细对比传统跨境电商与新型跨境电商,帮助参与训练营的学生及时转换思维,以便更好适应跨境电商数字营销的新模式。

During the Q&A section, students raised questions related to cross-border e-commerce digital marketing. One student asked about how to effectively promote brands based on the consumer habits of different overseas markets. In response, the speaker offered strategies and insights, illustrating with practical examples.

During the ice-breaking, students from different countries and regions were quickly connected, leading to the formation of multicultural teams. Each member then took on roles based on their individual strengths.
在破冰环节,来自不同国家和地区的学生迅速拉近了彼此的距离,一支支跨文化的团队逐渐形成,主播、产品经理、后期编辑,每个人依据各自的特长进行了团队工作分工。
Having chosen their preferred products and e-commerce platforms, students will collaborate in teams during the upcoming training camp to undertake hands-on projects in cross-border e-commerce digital marketing, gearing up for final project presentations.
选择了各自心仪的产品及平台,他们将在接下来的训练营中通过团队协作完成各种跨境电商数字营销的实战项目,并为后续的项目成果展示做好准备。
As a flagship event, the ISEE E-Ventures will offer students a platform to collaborate with international enterprises and learn cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, preparing the ground for their career paths. Over time, it aims to nurture globally-minded talents for the cross-border e-commerce industry, keep bringing new vitality to the development of Yuehai Sub-district's international enterprises.
