Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was established by Yuehai Sub-District. Yuehai Sub-district covers 14 square kilometers and hosts over 100 listed companies—more than 7 per kilometer, which is the highest density in China. The Center is located in One Shenzhen Bay, Houhai Headquarters Base, as Nanshan District's first government-attribute international enterprise service platform.

The Center has leveraged Yuehai Sub-District's advantages as a "hub for headquarters economy aggregation and innovation resource concentration". The Center focuses on three key areas: international enterprise services, international talent services and international cultural exchange. By building an ecosystem for collaboration among governments, enterprises, academic think tanks, professional service institutions, and international organizations, the Center aims to facilitate efficient connections between local enterprises and global markets, promote the convergence of international innovation resources to "gather in Yuehai, cluster in Nanshan, serve Shenzhen, and link the world".
