9月16日，布鲁塞尔外国投资与贸易促进局携手粤海国际化企业服务交流中心、世家宝深圳与比利时达德律师事务所举办企业出海交流活动。清早，这场活动汇聚了商业领袖、创业者、专业机构代表及国际友人，所有人都非常期待这场跨境合作的交流与探索。
On September 16th, the hub.brussels, together with the Yuehai Enterprise Service(YHES) Center, SCABAL, and DALDEWOLF Law Firm, hosted a business networking event at SCABAL. The morning gathering brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and international guests eager to explore cross-border opportunities.

An unexpectedly immersive experience was fostered by the high-calibre interactions throughout the event, with a unique energy in the room, it was more than a business pitch, but a cultural handshake. At SCABAL's Shenzhen showroom, the craftsmanship of its bespoke suits amazed the guests, evoking scenes from the movie '007 James Bond'. The event then moved into the main sharing session.

郜赛男，布鲁塞尔外国投资与贸易促进局的国际对外贸易与投资官员。她发表了题为“为何选择布鲁塞尔进行投资与商业活动”的演讲，指出这座城市作为决策中心具有绝佳的战略位置与人才资源，在欧洲其他城市中优势突出。该枢纽还为新设立的企业提供资源对接，并给予法律支持与本地资源协助。

Sharon GAO, Foreign Trade & Investment Officer at hub.brussels (the Brussels Agency for Entrepreneurship), delivered a speech titled "Why Choose Brussels". In her presentation, she offered valuable insights into the unique advantages of Brussels for business and investment, highlighting its importance as decision making center, strategic location, and exceptional talent pool that set it apart from any other European city.

Ivy Luo, COO of the YHES outlined YHES's mission to leverage local government platforms in connecting regional businesses and professionals with global opportunities. By linking enterprises and talent with overseas government agencies, international markets, and global professional networks, YHES helps companies navigate expansion abroad more smoothly, mitigate risks, and ensure compliant operations.

Paul Huang, representing SCABAL, unveiled the legendary Belgian brand's luxury craftsmanship and 500-year heritage, as well as a pioneer in the global fabric industry. Guests were captivated by fabric samples woven with 24K gold thread, while SCABAL's collaborations with top global brands and Hollywood, particularly renowned films such as The Godfather and the James Bond series were highlighted as examples of the brand's rich legacy.

比利时达德律师事务所合伙人涂秀芳律师系统解析了赴比设立企业的法律流程，重点阐释了中国投资者关注的战略领域、区位优势、法律流程及创业支持生态系统。

Ava Tu, partner of DALDEWOLF Law Firm, provided a structured overview of the legal process for setting up a business in Belgium, highlighting strategic sectors, location advantages, legal requirements, and the supportive startup ecosystem that matters most to Chinese investors.

活动的最后，现场的企业都交谈热烈，并纷纷表示作为企业的代表，这场交流让他们的商业扩张从计划转变到了有清晰的路线图。分享会后，现场进入全速交流模式。在比利时巧克力与饼干香甜中，欢笑声跨越语言障碍，微信二维码的交换速度远超名片，共同编制起国际化的探索网络。

As the event drew to a close, conversations buzzed with energy. Company representatives noted that what began as expansion plans had now crystallized into a clear roadmap. The session flowed seamlessly into full-speed networking over Belgian chocolates and biscuits, laughter bridged language barriers, and WeChat QR codes were exchanged far faster than business cards, weaving a new network of international connections.

One of our event contributors, Shalita Murdock, an entrepreneur in Shenzhen and a communication and learning development trainer — shared that the spirit of mutual exploration touched her the most. This was more than just a Belgium-China exchange, it was a meaningful encounter between like-minded individuals who believe in boundless creativity. As a foreigner, she never felt out of place. In the words of a delegate said, 'We discovered new possibilities for establishing connections'. Though initially unfamiliar with each other, the warm and inclusive atmosphere allowed genuine connections to form naturally.
