与自我对话，也与世界相遇 Dialogue with the self, encounter with the world
2025年12月28日，粤海国际化企业服务交流中心（以下简称“中心”）成功举办了“告别2025,迎接2026 自我探索与成长的心灵对话”国际志愿者活动。来自俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、摩洛哥、古巴等不同国家与文化的国际志愿者相聚一起，在中心工作人员的主导、以及维世达心理咨询师珍妮的支持下，展开了一场与自我、与时光的深度对话。
December 28, 2025, Yuehai Enterprise Service Center (YHES) successfully hosted "Farewell 2025, Embrace 2026: A Heart Dialogue on Self-Discovery and Growth" an intimate event for international volunteers. Volunteers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Cuba, and other countries gathered for a profound conversation with themselves and with the passage of time, guided by the YHES staff and with the support of Jenny, a psychological counselor from VISTA-SK International Medical Center.
作为国际化服务交流平台，我们一直希望国际志愿者朋友们不仅能在粤海、深圳工作和学习，更能融入这里开心生活、活出属于自己的节奏。这次活动，正是这样一次尝试——用轻松的方式，触碰真实的内心，也认识志同道合的朋友。
As an international service platform, the YHES Center has always hoped that our international volunteers can not only work and study in Yuehai Sub-district, Shenzhen, but also feel at home here and live at their own pace. This event was precisely such an attempt to create a relaxing space where everyone could be real, open up and connected with like-minded friends.
第一幕：一张卡片，一段2025 Act 1: One Card, One Chapter of 2025
每个人凭直觉抽取一张OH卡，用卡片上的画面联想、讲述自己过去一年的故事。有人看到日程表，想起每一个追赶的deadline；有人看见暴风雨，却依然享受生活……。卡片不说话，却让每个人说出了真心话。
We started by picking OH Cards — just going with your presentative feeling. Each person used the image on their card to tell a story from their year. Someone saw a calendar and talked about chasing deadlines; someone else saw a storm but shared how they still found joy in life. Though silent, the cards prompted everyone to speak from the heart.
第二幕：匿名问答，聆听与回应 Act 2: Anonymous Q&A, Listening and Responding
“如何与中国人成为朋友？”、“如何找到未来的目标？”……写下的困惑被随机传递，由另一个声音来回应，再由心理咨询师给出专业解读。换个视角看问题，能看到更多光亮。
第三幕：画出你的开心时刻 Act 3: Sketch Your Happy Moments
旅行的经历、申请大学的过程、在家学习的场景……画里藏着每个人的热情与特质。
Memories of travels, the journey of university applications, scenes of studying from home. Every drawing showed a bit of someone’s personality and what they love. It was colorful, it was fun, and it told little stories without words.
第四幕：写给2026的目标与期待 Act 4: Letters to 2026 – Hopes and Goals
学会更多中文，保持健康与开心，更加外向…… 2026，在这些期待中渐渐清晰。
"Wish to learn more Chinese," "maintain health and happiness," and "become more outgoing", these aspirations painted a clearer, more hopeful picture of the coming year.
2026，我们继续同行 2026, We Continue the Journey Together
“我喜欢活动很好的氛围”、“在这里给我了一个很好地倾诉与收到建议的机会”、“认识了新的朋友”……这场活动像一粒种子，埋下了自我觉察、彼此联结的可能。
Feedback such as "I love the great atmosphere," "It give me a perfect chance to talk and receive advice," and "I make new friends." It felt like we planted a little seed — for knowing ourselves better and feeling more connected.
2026年，我们将继续打造一个更具包容性和支持性的国际志愿者社区，推出更多贴合国际志愿者需求的活动——从文化体验到职业分享，从语言互助到心理支持。在这里，每一种文化都被尊重，每一个声音都被倾听，希望每一位国际志愿者都能找到属于自己的精彩！
In 2026, the YHES Center will continue to build this warm, welcoming space for international volunteers. We’ll have more events that fit what volunteers need — fun culture stuff, career chats, language help, wellness support, and so on. Here, every culture is welcome, every voice matters, and we hope everyone finds their own way to shine!
