本案例为风电行业电机主轴孔加工案例,加工孔深达到4D,同时现场机床刚性和内冷压力都不具备理想条件,客户使用新款GHDS双螺旋内冷浅孔钻解决了老款钻体加工振刀、不断屑的难题,加工寿命和孔壁质量都有了显著的提升。


Following case shows a spindle hole making processing result. The hole processed depth reaches 4D. At the same time, the rigidity of the machine and the internal cooling pressure do not meet the ideal conditions. Customers use the new GHDS double-helix internal cooling shallow hole drill to solve the problems of machining vibration and continuous chipping which happen in old drill body,the machining life and hole wall quality have been significantly improved.
