背景介绍

Background



火车轮材料为行业专用定制材料,材料牌号主要有ER6、ER7、ER8、ER9、CL60、CL65、CL70等,根据不同使用场景选择相应的材料,虽命名方式不同,但基本材料主要为合金钢。

车轮种类包括货车轮、客车轮、高铁轮等。火车行驶到一定距离因磨损及变形需对车轮进行修复,以保证轮轨的型面配合状态,降低接触应力和磨耗,改善列车通过曲线性能。针对火车轮修复加工提效需求,厦门金鹭开发LNMX系列刀具

本案例为轨道交通行业火车轮修复外圆加工案例,在相同测试工况情况下,我司刀具平均加工工件数量优于进口品牌。
This case is the case of railway wheel repair cylindrical machining in rail transit industry. Under the same testing conditions, the average number of workpieces processed by our cutting tools is better than that of imported brands.



加工难点 | Processing Difficulty
  • 待修复火车轮表面质量较差,加工余量较不均匀

    The surface quality of the train wheel to be repaired is poor, and there is a very large uneven margin

  • 现场粗加工工况较差,冷却形式主要为干切

    The rough machining condition on site is poor, and it is basically dry cutting
  • 轮缘与踏面连接的过渡圆弧,余量在2-4mm左右,刀片易断屑不良

    The transition arc connecting the rim and tread has a margin of about 2-4mm, and the chip breaking is not smooth
