在机加工领域中,深孔加工已成为关键工序,但由于排屑困难、切屑热不易排出、刚性差易振动等,使得深孔加工也成为机加工的加工难题。针对此类加工难题,厦门金鹭推出D938深孔加工麻花钻。

Deep hole machining has become a key process in machining field. However, because of the difficulty of chip removal, at the same time, chip heat is not easy to discharge. Also, the poor rigidity is easy to cause vibration, deep hole machining has become a urgent problem. Aiming at this kind of processing problem, GESAC launched the D938 deep hole processing twist drill.


D938 深孔加工麻花钻,适用于P类钢件、K类铸铁,同时也可以用于M类不锈钢的深孔加工,广泛应用于汽车行业、模具行业、阀门行业以及工程机械行业中的零部件加工。标准刃径范围为D3-D16,并且支持非标定制。

D938 deep hole twist drill is suitable for P-class steel, K-class cast iron. At the same time, it also could be used for deep hole processing of M-class stainless steel, which is widely used in automobile industry, mold industry, valve industry and parts processing of machinery industry. The standard diameter range is D3-D16, non-standard customization is also available.

本案例为汽车行业变速箱减速器空心轴深孔加工,此加工难点为加工孔类型同时存在通孔和盲孔,加工材料偏软且加工效率要求高。在相同工况下,我司刀具D938寿命较竞争对手A、B分别提高10%与22%。

The case is the hollow shaft deep hole processing for gear box speed-reducer in automobile industry. The processing difficulty is the when machining holes with both through-holes and blind holes. This operation requirs soft processing material with high processing efficiency. Under the same working condition, the service life of our tool D938 is increased by 10% and 22% compared with competitor A and B.

推荐用刀方式|Recommendation Method


  1. 加工预孔,引导钻刃径相对于深孔钻刃径大+0.02~0.05mm,钻尖角大5°。

    For drilling the pre-processed hole, the guide drill diameter is + 0.02 ~ 0.05mm larger than the pre processed hole diameter, and the drill tip angle is 5 degrees larger.

  2. 入钻时,采用低转速,转速=500r/min。

    Using low speed (500r / min) to drill.

  3. 调整切削参数到设定值,开始切削进给。

    Adjusting the cutting parameters to the setup value to start feeding.

  4. 退刀时,采用低转速,转速=500r/min。

    Using low speed (500r / min) to retract.

注意事项|Notes:

  • 冷却液压力需≥30 Bar

    Coolant pressure ≥30 Bar

  • 刀尖径向跳动需小于0.02mm

    Tip run out ≤0.02 mm

  • 不需要啄钻

    Not peck drilling
