案例1是大件轴承内径的精车加工，客户对工件的表面质量要求较高，若工件已加工表面出现毛刺，刀片则会被判定为失效，考验刀具的耐磨损性能。
Case 1 is the finish turning of the inner diameter of the large bearing, customer has higher requirements on surface quality of the workpiece. If there is burr on the machined surface, the insert will be judged to be invalid, testing the wear resistance of the tool.
加工材料为典型的GCr15轴承钢，我们匹配的是GPT6110新牌号进行测试，在该工况下，竞争对手寿命为45件，而我司产品加工45件后刃口磨损仍较小，最终总加工寿命为55件，较竞品提升了20%左右。
The processing material is a typical GCr15 bearing steel. We match the new brand GPT6110 for testing. Under this working condition, the service life of competitors is 45 pieces, while the cutting edge wear of our products is still small after processing 45 pieces. The final total processing life is 55 pieces, which is about 20% higher than that of competitors.
案例2为精锻毛坯的外圆仿形粗加工，工件材料为20CrMnTi，加工效率相对较高，金属去除率达近230cm3/min。
Case 2 is about the external circular profile rough machining of precision forging blank. The processing material is 20CrMnTi and machining efficiency is relatively high, the metal removal rate reaches nearly 230 cm3/min.
在该工况下，竞品加工2000件后刃口损坏较严重，出现较大的崩口，导致工件已加工表面过毛，从而被判定为失效报废，而我司GPT6130产品加工2500件后刃口完整性仍明显优于竞品，最终的加工寿命较竞品提升了25%，得到客户的认可。
Under this working condition, the cutting edge is badly damaged after 2000 pieces processed by competing products,resulting in a large collapse, which leads to the burr surface of the workpiece, and thus the workpiece is judged to be failure and scrapped.However, after processing 2500 pieces by GPT6130 products, the inserts integrity of our company is still significantly better than that of competing products, and the final processing life is increased by 25% compared with that of competing products, which has been recognized by customers.
