应用案例

Application Case



本案例为风力发电机卡钳侧铣加工案例,工件材料Q355D,硬度HB240,材料黏性大,不易断屑。毛坯侧壁设计加工余量单边5mm,但由于火焰切割的不均匀,实际加工余量单边5-15mm不等,客户需求提升效率。


This case is a wind turbine caliper side milling processing case, The material is Q355D, its hardness is 240 HB, with sticky chip property which the chips are not easy to break. The blank processed allowance is 5mm on each side, but due to uneven flame cutting, the actual processed allowance varies from 5-15mm on each side. customer’s demand is to improve process efficiency.



在相同工况下,我司PP300-SPEED刀具加工耗时9min52s,A公司加工耗时32min,提效225%,同时表面质量明显优于A公司,客户表示高度认可。


Under the same cutting condition, GESAC PP300-SPEED processed 9 min52s, tool from A Company processed 32min, and efficiency was increased by 225%. At the same time, surface quality was significantly improved compared with competitor’s,it gains highly approval by our clients.
