设计亮点

Design

通过对六边形的刀片结构进行改良创新,在刀片上进行了多角度折线结构设计,赋予刀片具有多个偏角的结构设计,使得刀片不仅只有正常六边形主偏角的60°,同时通过转动角度,组成了可实现黄金通用型45°主偏角以及高效高进给型的15°主偏角的结构设计,真正做到平面铣削刀具实现多功能性的一大亮点,降低客户刀具管理的难度。

We have improved the structure of the hexagonal blade, and carried out a multi-angle polyline structure design on the blade, so that the blade not only has a normal hexagon’s entering angle of 60°.At the same time, through the rotation of the angle, it forms a structural design that can realize the golden universal 45° entering angle and the high-efficiency high-feed 15° entering angle. This has truly realized the versatility of plane milling tools and reduced the difficulty in tool management for customers.



针对复杂工况下,对于刀片的安装紧固性提出了更高的要求和考验,我们在安装夹持上同步做了优化,采用了螺钉与刀片孔接触面更大的螺钉结构,提高了刀片安装后的可靠性和紧固性,确保产品在不稳定工况下加工的可靠性。同时此种螺钉结构是全系应用到我们的产品中,大大提升客户加工稳定性。

Such operating conditions put forward higher requirements and challenges for the mounting tightness of the insert. We have optimized the mounting and clamping methods simultaneously. We adopt a screw structure design with a larger contact surface between the screw and the insert hole, which has improved the tightness of the insert after mounting and ensured the reliability of product machining under unstable conditions. At the same time, this structure is applied to our products in the whole series, which can improve the clamping stability during mounting.


本次产品,我们全系推出5个规格的产品来应对大部分工况的需求使用。有我们的Hexa-mini的HNGU06刀片,主要是用于稳定的轻切削工况下使用,我们定义为“轻”;Hexa的HNGU09刀片,主要用于全工况下通用型工况下,是我们的全能战士,我们定义为;Hexa-plus的HNGU13刀片,因为刀片大,强壮,产品扛得住恶劣工况加工,我们定义为;Hexa-wiper刀片,作为修光刃刀片,拥有较高的加工表面质量,我们定义为;以及最后的Hexa-Radius,主要对刀尖圆角的补充及扩充,我们定义为。轻、全、扛、靓、圆便形成了我们骇客全系刀片产品。

In this Hexa series, we have launched five specifications of products to meet the needs of most operating conditions. The Hexa-mini HNGU06 insert is mainly used for stable light cutting conditions. We call it the light one. The Hexa HNGU09 insert is our all-rounder that can be used for general and all operating conditions. We call it the versatile one.The Hexa-plus HNGU13 insert is large and strong, and can withstand harsh operating conditions. We call it the tough one. The Hexa-wiper, as a wiper insert, features higher machining surface quality. We call it the nice one. The last Hexa-Radius supplements and expands the rounded corner of the tool tip. We call it the round one. Light, versatile, tough, nice, and round well explainour full Hexa series.


同时,刀片的规格搭配了丰富的槽型可以覆盖精加工-粗加工,分别有GL/GM/GH/GW槽型,应对不同材料的加工我们搭配可转位铣削全系列牌号,可提供客户优质的的产品加工体验。

At the same time, these tools are matched with a wide range of geometries that can cover operating needs from finish machining to rough machining. The GL/GM/GH/GW geometries are available for the machining of different materials. We provide a full range of indexable milling grades to ensure the most suitable grade for customers.


加工案例
Application


在模具行业,使用大平面铣削的工况,主要的还是在模具底座平面上,此种工件的材料为铸铁HT250,其加工平面的镂空面非常多,其有效的切削加工平面分布较散,如果采用大切深产品工况,其加工中时间的有效切削时间较少,影响整体的加工效率,此种工况下采用高进给的铣削方式提升整体的产品加工效率是比较合适的。故我们使用的是K类牌号GK4125搭配全能型规格HNGU09+GM槽型配合15°高进给开粗以及全能型规格HNGU09+GM槽型45°精加工的方案。

In the above cases, we selected suitable inserts for the two operating conditions of the machine tool industry. The following is an example of the milling operating conditions in the mold industry. In the mold industry, large plane milling is commonly used to processon the base plane of dies. The material of this workpiece is cast iron HT250.There were many hollow surfaces in the planes to be machined, and the effective planes were scattered. If large engagement tools were used, the effective cutting time would be less during machining, there by affecting the overall processing efficiency. Under such operating conditions, it was more appropriate to adopt the high-feed milling method to improve the overall processing efficiency. Therefore, we used the K class steel grade GK4125 with the full-featured HNGU09+GM geometry for 15° high-feed roughing initially and the full-featured HNGU09+GM geometry for 45° finishing.



在底座平面开粗中,客户已使用的是高进给铣刀具SDMT,因为我们的产品更为的强壮以及更高的安装可靠性,所以可达的有效切深相比SDMT更多,应客户提效的要求,我们在切深上增加至1.5mm,总体的切削稳定性较好,在相同的高进给高效加工中,我们相比SDMT进一步提升了25%的加工效率,得到了客户的认可。

In the roughing of the base plane, the customer had used the high-feed milling tool SDMT, which corresponds to our 15°entering angle tool, which can reach a greater effective depth of cut than that of SDMT and help the customer improve efficiency. We increased the depth of the cut to 1.5mm. The overall cutting stability was perfect. In the same high-feed and high-efficiency machining work, we further improved the machining efficiency by 25% compared with SDMT, which was recognized by the customer.





在精加工工况下,对比客户现有在使用的正型SEET刀片,我们的负型HNGU产品在精加工后的总体的表面质量与正型SEET刀片相当,符合客户要求。

In the finishing work, compared with the positive SEET inserts currently used by the customer, the finished surface quality of our negative HNGU tool is comparable to that of positive SEET inserts, which meets the customer's requirements.
