We shared the solution of aluminum alloy steering knuckle in the previous period, and we will share the solution of commercial vehicle steering knuckle in this period.

In the continuous evolution of high-efficiency logistics and high-strength transportation of commercial vehicles, reliability, durability and bearing performance have become the key requirements of chassis system. Due to the harsh working conditions of the whole vehicle and the normalization of high load carrying, high strength and toughness alloy materials such as 40Cr and 42CrMo have become the preferred materials for steering knuckle of commercial vehicles due to their excellent fatigue resistance and structural stability.


The steering knuckle of commercial vehicle is more stable in structure, larger in size and larger in machining allowance. The cutting tool is required to bear larger cutting load and have good wear resistance, which is a great test for the structural design and brand matching of the cutting tool.


This phase will focus on borehole processing of steering knuckle, and introduce more efficient and economical borehole products, modular drill for steel-GUMD series and high-performance shallow hole drills for steel applications—featuring a differentiated cutting edge design (internal vs. external).
