From December 10-12, 31 distributor employees from national sales regions gathered at GESAC's Production Base Tong'an for this year's Level 3 application technology training.
In the classroom, instructors used real customer machining scenarios as blueprints. Through deep reviews and problem decomposition, they systematically guided participants to master troubleshooting methodologies, enhancing their comprehensive ability to handle complex technical issues.
During the intensive three-day training, participants demonstrated great enthusiasm. They quickly integrated through ice-breaking activities, sparked ideas in group discussions, and honed practical skills in hands-on exercises. Ultimately creating a positive competitive learning atmosphere.
At the conclusion, ccomprehensive evaluations led to the selection of 3 Outstanding Participants, 1 Best Participant, and 1 Outstanding Team to recognize excellence and teamwork.
With the successful conclusion of the Level 3 training, GESAC has established a complete distributor development pathway including basic knowledge, technical mastery and solution design. In the future, GESAC will continue advancing hand-in-hand with distributor partners, and further refine its multi-level training system. This is all in order to actively fuel high-quality development of the cutting tools industry through a steady stream of talent.
