The commissioning of the Thailand production base and Hungary forward distribution center has brought product delivery and service response closer to user sites, significantly shortening delivery cycles, improving supply stability, and providing reliable support for key production nodes.The successful acquisition of Mimatic Tool Systems marks a new chapter in Gesac Cutting Tools' global layout, driving in-depth alignment between the company's tool R&D and user needs, further improving its product system and comprehensive solution capabilities, and enhancing its competitiveness and brand influence in international markets such as Europe.The launch of the Metal Cutting Solutions Engineering Center and the full-scale advancement of automated transformation across the entire production line have not only improved equipment and process efficiency but also made service models more aligned with actual machining needs, truly transforming technology into production efficiency.

As we step into 2026, we will continue to focus on the three strategic directions of "solution-oriented services, globalization, and digital intelligence," forging a closer collaborative relationship with users to jointly promote the continuous leapfrogging of manufacturing capabilities.

In terms of "solution-oriented services," we will shift our focus from single products to full-process integrated machining solutions. Relying on the Metal Cutting Solutions Engineering Hub, we will go deep into user sites to provide more valuable systematic support at key nodes such as product development, production line optimization, and efficiency improvement.

Regarding "globalization," we will continue to expand our international layout. The new Chengdu Cutting Tool R&D and Manufacturing Base is about to start construction, forming a "strategic dual-core" with the Xiamen Base and enabling efficient collaboration with overseas production and warehousing centers. Meanwhile, the construction of overseas R&D centers will also be advanced in sync to build a smarter supply chain system that is closer to customers and offers faster response times.

In the area of "digital intelligence," we will accelerate the implementation of intelligent cutting tools and digital service systems for tools, achieving full-process data connectivity and collaborative optimization across R&D, manufacturing, and application. This will help users achieve a comprehensive leapfrogging in machining controllability, efficiency, and reliability through smarter, safer, and more efficient means.
