During the promotion, the R&D team introduced five innovative products covering milling, aluminum machining, hole machining, precision small-diameter boring, and super-hard tools, demonstrating breakthroughs in core technologies such as materials, coatings, and structural design.
Liao Guojun, Product Manager for Indexable Milling introduced the "Zhuque" series’ new grade GMM7130 for difficult-to-machine materials, providing efficient solutions for challenging machining pain points.
Lin Lianbo, Project Manager for the SA100 Series showcased new DLC-coated milling cutters designed for high-efficiency aluminum alloy machining.
He Shizhe, Hole Machining Project Manager explained the latest hole machining tools with broader specifications and superior performance.
Zheng Xinsong, Project Manager for Small-Diameter Boring Tools presented three series of boring tools known for their versatility, full specifications, and high wear resistance, ideal for high-precision micro-hole machining.
Chen Chengyi, Project Manager for PCBN/PCD Tools shared next-generation tools like the new CBN grade BHC2*P and PCD high-guided boring bars, overcoming bottlenecks in longevity, stability, and precision.
Machining Demonstrations
I Evidence Through Practice
The solutions center turned onsite machines into a "proof stage," conducting multiple real cutting experiments to validate solution effectiveness. Live demonstrations covered high-speed cutting, aluminum alloy machining, precision control, and more, displaying real-time data on tool stability, surface quality, and cutting forces.
Attendees observed tool performance up close and monitored screens to visualize the entire process from "process design to cutting verification." Each cut authentically reflected the value of the solutions.
Onsite data confirmed core features of "high speed, stability, and efficiency." Many industry users expressed greater confidence in future collaborations, impressed by the center’s expertise in application validation and process visualization.
Co-creating the Future · Empowering Globally
From morning solution validations to afternoon global collaborations, G-PAK 2025’s "Technology Open Day" vividly demonstrated the center’s robust R&D capabilities and efficient synergy.
Moving forward, we will continue to embrace an open approach, partnering with global allies to drive high-quality manufacturing development with digital intelligent cutting solutions, empowering "Smart Manufacturing in China" to shine on the world stage.
