High-Performance Endmills

On November 6th, the Gesac G-PAK2025 global new product launch event successfully concluded in Xiamen. During the event, we proudly introduced the new  UP300 series High-Performance Endmills in General Maching. This series is designed for machining materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and pre-hardened steel (≤52 HRC), effectively meeting diverse processing requirements across various working conditions.

Nano-interfacial Strengthening

The Qingluan coating features a nano-multilayer structure: It easily handles the machining needs of various materials from steel to pre-hardened steel, providing everyone with a more versatile Iand reliable machining solution.

Core Toughness Enhancement

  • Principle of Precise Control over the Central Geometry: The optimal combination of chisel edge angle and width solves the industry-wide problem of short service life in ball end mills.
  • Optimization of the ball center structure and upgrading of the grinding process achieve a high-precision ball end profile with ±5μm tolerance.
