Recently, the Blockchain-Based Service Network (hereinafter referred to as "BSN") development association, co-launched by the State Information Center, China Mobile Group Design Institute Co., Ltd., China UnionPay Co., Ltd., officially authorized Hunan SEUD Network Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SEUD") to exclusively conduct the construction, operation and marketing of Hunan Blockchain-Based service network.
By the end of 2020, BSN has deployed 106 global public city nodes include 98 Chinese public city nodes and 8 international city nodes by the end of 2020. BSN is compatible with public and private cloud architecture, and adapted multiple Blockchain Infrastructure frameworks and Inter-Blockchain Technology services that is advanced technology and mainstream open source. BSN has developed the widest distributed and the most comprehensive Blockchain infrastructure that have access right and is self-developed.
On October 10, 2020, the Changsha Municipal People's Government issued the Decision on "Accelerating the Construction of model city for new intelligent city" which indicates building the Blockchain application service ecology with Changsha characteristics "intelligent credit, intelligent management and intelligent government", Also, it supports to construct network of the Hunan BSN and promotes the Blockchain application and industrial innovation development.
Since 2020, specialists from Blockchain-Based Service Network Development Association comprehensively assessed and tested abundant of capabilities such as the technology capability of Blockchain, operation capability of scale Blockchain network, marketing capability, team capability, capital capability, issuing with virtual currency and so on. After four rounds of evaluation, SEUD is finally authorized to operate the Hunan Blockchain Service Network (BSN).
After Chinese New year 2021, SEUD, under the guidance of the Blockchain-Based service Network Development Association, will cooperate with Beijing Red Date Tech Co., Ltd, Hunan Mobile Communications Corporation and local Blockchain companies in Hunan to finish the first phase of Blockchain service network construction that will cover 14 cities in Hunan. And that is planned to be completed in three to six months.
In the process of construction of Hunan Blockchain service network, SEUD planned to make at least 50,000 companies register in Blockchain network service before June, 2021. At that time, Hunan will be one of the fastest regions in China that conduct the larger-scale Blockchain network services.
