12月11日，宝安区人力资源局副局长林莉一行前往福海街道星港同创汇炼马机电（深圳）有限公司调研并交流座谈。宝安区高层次人才、公司法人代表Christian Gassner和助理姜卡娜出席座谈会。
11th December 2020, led by Li LIN – Deputy Director of Human Resources of Bao’an Distrct, the delegation came to Limoss (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. located in the Xinggang Topchain Community for research and exchanges.
Mr. Christian Gassner – the high-end talent of Bao’an district and the legal representative of Limoss, and the assistant Kana JIANG attended the seminar.

炼马机电（深圳）有限公司成立于2008年，是一家德国独资企业，位于宝安区福海街道星港同创汇，以生产手控器、驱动器、变压器、限位开关等产品为主，产品主要应用于家用、医疗按摩椅和按摩床等驱动装置，产品大多出口德国、美国、日本及东南亚各国。公司自成立以来，不断地研究并开发新的产品，现以成为国内同行业的领军力量。
Limoss (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has established in 2008, which is a solely German-owned enterprise located in Xinggang Topchain Community in Fuhai residential district of Bao’an.
The company mainly manufactures hand controls, actuators, transformers and limit switches, applying into actuating devices of home and medical massage chairs and massage couches. These products are mostly exported to Germany, USA, Japan and countries in Southeast Asia.
Since after establishment, the company has continuously been conducting research and developing new products, becoming the leading power of the industry in China.
座谈中，Christian介绍了公司主要产品和经营发展情况，他表示，很荣幸获评宝安区高层次人才，宝安区开放包容的人才政策将会吸引更多的外籍人才来宝安创业就业。同时，作为一名在华生活工作了17年、非常喜爱中国的德国人，他对我区永久居民证申请、商务签证申请、外籍人士子女入学、个人税务及其他生活指引等方面的情况提出了一些个人建议。
Christian introduced main products and the current situation of the company in the seminar. He said that he is honored to be awarded as high-end talents of Bao’an district.
The open and inclusive talent policies in Bao’an district will attract more foreign talents to start up business and work in Bao’an.
Also, he said that he loves China as he has living in China for 17 years. Christian has made personal suggestions on permanent residence permit application, business visa application, school permits for children of foreigners, personal taxes and other living supports, etc.
林莉副局长赞扬了炼马机电对宝安经济发展做出的贡献，对于Christian先生的建议整理后将向有关业务部门反映。林局表示，现在的深圳正在着力打造国际人才高地，宝安区人力资源局将根据市委、区委的部署，推动实施更加开放的人才政策、深化人才发展体制机制的改革、营造国际一流人才发展环境。
The deputy director Li LIN appreciated Limoss’ contributions to the economic development of Bao’an district and will convey Mr. Christian’s suggestions to relevant departments.
LIN indicated that as Shenzhen focusing on create a highland of international talents, the Human Resource Department of Bao’an district will push the implementation of a more open talent policies, deepen the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development and build the high-end development environment for global top talents in accordance with the deployment of municipal committee and district committee.

The research was accompanied by relevant members in charge from allocation section of the Human Resources Department of the district and human resources center.
