宝安国际人才服务站正式揭牌启用——外籍人才个税补贴等政策宣讲及中国传统文化交流活动圆满结束

为贯彻落实粤港澳大湾区、深圳先行示范区“双区”驱动战略关于打造国际人才高地、优化海外人才服务、打造高质量发展高地的要求，宝安区人力资源局打造“湾区国际人才港”，内设“宝安国际人才服务站”、“港澳青年创新创业基地（海归岛）、“海外人才创业中心”三大载体。11月26日，“宝安国际人才服务站”正式揭牌启用，宝安区副区长黎杰运出席揭牌仪式。

In order to create a highland of international talents and high-quality development, and improve services for foreign talents, Bao’an Human Resources Bureau has built a “GBA International Talents Port” with three carriers such as Bao’an International Talent Service Center, Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base and Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Center. On November 26, Bao’an International Talent Service Center was officially inaugurated. Li Jieyun, deputy head of Bao’an District, attended the opening ceremony.

活动开始，我们邀请到宝安区工业和信息化局陈逸群部长对宝安区涉外产业政策、金融政策以及企业服务的具体举措进行分享，介绍了宝安区产业政策给国际人才在创业方面带来的重要机遇，也希望借助这些优惠政策，帮助外籍人才了解宝安的创业环境及宝安区可利用的优质资源。

Chen Yiqun, director of Industry and Information Technology Bereau of Bao’an District, interpreted the industrial policies, financial policies and specific measures of enterprise services in this district. In addition, he introduced the important opportunities that Bao’an District’s industrial policies have brought to international talents in entrepreneurship. It is hoped that these preferential policies will help foreign talents understand the entrepreneurial environment and available policy resources in Bao’an.

◇深圳市境外高端人才和紧缺人才个人所得税财政补贴政策讲解现场

紧接着，3位在宝安生活、工作和创业的国际人才代表分别分享了自己在宝安的工作、生活经历，其中来自法国的Paris 2008年来到深圳宝安，在宝安创办了医疗器械公司，目前公司收益已达10亿元，分享了目前公司的规划，表达希望可以在宝安区扩大公司规模的愿景。

Then, three representatives shared their life and work experience in Bao’an. Paris, from France, he came to Shenzhen Bao’an in 2008, founded a medical device company here and now its revenue has reached 1 billion yuan. Paris also shared the current company’s plan and hoped to expand its scale in Bao’an.

国际人才分享结束之后，宝安区人力资源局副局长林莉致辞，感谢各位外籍人才前来参加此次活动，同时介绍湾区国际人才港和宝安国际人才服务站的相关功能和服务，并带领外籍人才参观宝安人才园的共享会议室、国际多功能厅等共享空间，希望外籍人才以后能够常来宝安国际人才服务站。

After sharing of international talents, Lin li, deputy director of Human Resources Bureau of Bao’an District, delivered a speech to thank the talents present and introduce the related functions and services of the Greater Bay Area International Talent Hub and Bao’an International Talent Service Center. Then she invited the talents to visit meeting rooms and multi-function hall of Bao’an Talent Park and expected that foreign talents could go to Bao’an International Talent Center regularly in the future.

最后，国际人才一起体验脸谱画像和古筝演奏等中国传统文化，为“严肃”的政策宣讲活动增添了轻松、优雅、温馨的氛围，在场的国际人才积极参与，一同体验中国独有的传统文化。

Finally, the international talents experienced traditional Chinese cultural activities such as painting masks of Peking Opera and Guzheng performance in a relaxed, elegant and warm atmosphere.

此次活动通过境外高端人才个税补贴、产业等政策宣讲，加深了外籍人才对宝安人才政策和产业政策的了解，通过中国传统文化体验和交流，加速推动外籍人才对中国文化和生活的融入。在未来的工作中，宝安区人力资源局将持续开展更加丰富多彩的中外交流活动和人才特色服务，吸引更多国际人才在宝安生活、就业、创业，助推宝安人才强区建设。
