11月5日至7日，美国俄克拉荷马州瓦尔阿克斯市市长罗杰·葛德温访问甘肃，就友好城市结好进行沟通。在兰期间，甘肃国际传播中心记者对他进行采访。
From November 5th to 7th, Roger Godwin, mayor of WarrAcres, Oklahoma in the U.S. visit Lanzhou and Tianshui of Gansu for the establishment of sister cities. During the journey in Lanzhou, journalists from GICC have an interview with him.
