（一）展馆内电气设备的总用电负荷量应进行严格核算，实际运行负荷不得超过变压器及馈电线路的负载能力。应通过具备合格资质的消防检测单位对电气线路进行检测。
(1) The total electricity load of the electrical equipment in anexhibition hall shall be calculated carefully. The actual operation load shallnot exceed the load capacity of the transformer and the feeder circuit. Theelectric circuit shall pass the test given by a qualified fire control testinginstitution.
（二）开关、插座和照明灯具靠近可燃物时，应采取隔热、散热等防火保护措施。卤钨灯和额定功率大于等于100W的白炽灯泡的吸顶灯、槽灯、嵌入式灯，其引入线应采用瓷管、矿棉等不燃材料作隔热保护。
(2) When switches, sockets and lighting fixtures are close tocombustible goods, fireproof measures (such as thermal insulation and heatdissipation etc.) are required. The incoming lines of ceiling lamps, slotlights and sunken lights (rated power ≥ 100W) and halogen tungsten lamps shall be protected by thermalinsulation with incombustible materials (such as porcelain tube and mineralwool etc.).
（三）大于60W的白炽灯、卤钨灯、高压钠灯、金属卤灯光源、荧光高压汞灯（包括电感镇流器）等不应直接安装在可燃装修材料或可燃构件上。
(3) Incandescent lamps, halogen tungsten lamps, high pressuresodium lamps, metal halide lighting source, fluorescent high pressure mercurylamps (including magnetic ballasts) etc. (rated power > 60W) shall not beinstalled directly on combustible decoration materials or combustiblecomponents.
（四）可燃物品储藏间应使用低温照明灯具，并应对灯具的发热部件采取隔热等防火保护措施；不应设置卤钨灯等高温照明灯具。配电箱及开关宜设置在储藏间外。
(4) Low temperature lighting fixtures shall be used in thestorages for combustible goods. In addition, fireproof measures (such asthermal insulation etc.) shall be applied to the hot parts of the lightingfixtures. High temperature lighting fixtures (such as halogen tungsten lampsetc.) shall not be used. The distribution box and the switches shall bearranged outside the storages.
（五）布展使用的配电箱的设置应符合国家的有关规定。除消防用电设备外，展厅或展位配电总开关应设置失压脱扣。
(5) The setup of the distribution box during the exhibitionarrangement shall comply with the relevant regulations of the country. Exceptfor the electric fire control equipment, a no-voltage release shall be set upon the main distribution switch for an exhibition hall or booths.
（六）展厅参观入口设置的门式闸机，应具有火灾发生时自动开放的功能。
(6) The ticket gates installed at the entrance of an exhibitionhall shall be able to open automatically when there is a fire.
（七）电线电缆的选择和敷设应满足下列要求：
(7) Wires and cables shall be selected and laid in a manner thatmeets the following requirements.
1.非消防设备线路的电线电缆在穿管暗敷时可采用普通电线电缆；
a) When wires and cables for the circuits of non-fire-controlequipment are concealed in tubes, ordinary wires and cables can be used;
2.当电线电缆成束敷设时，应采用阻燃电线电缆；
b) When wires and cables are laid in bundles, fire-resistantwires and cables shall be used.
（八）电气线路敷设在有可燃物的闷顶内时，应采取穿金属管等防火保护措施；敷设在有可燃物的吊顶内时，宜采取穿金属管、采用封闭式金属线槽等防火保护措施。
(8) When electrical circuits are laid inside the closed roofarea with combustible goods, fireproof measures such as metal tubes etc. shallbe used. When electrical circuits are laid inside the suspended ceiling withcombustible goods, fireproof measures such as metal tubes and closed metalraceway etc. shall be used.
（九）展台中的配电线路应穿金属管保护。临时接用的拖曳软电缆长度不应超过3.0m。
(9) The distribution circuit in the middle of a booth shall beprotected by metal tubes. The length of the temporarily connected loose softcable shall not exceed 3.0m.
（十）一个插头不应连接一个以上的配电回路，不得在插座上连接多联插头来连接多个配电回路。
(10) A plug shall not be connected to more than one distributioncircuit. A socket is not allowed to connect to a multi-connection plug in orderto connect to several distribution circuits.
（十一）使用插座板临时接用电源时应同时满足以下条件：
(11) When a plug board is used to temporarily connect to thepower supply, the following requirements shall be met simultaneously.
1.应采用安全型插座板；
a) A safe plug board shall be used;
2.一个固定插座只能连接一个插座板，插座板与插座板不得连接；
b) A fixed plug can be connected to only one plug board. A plugboard is not allowed to be connected to another plug board;
3.插座板的连接线应具有护套和PE线，其长度不得超过3.0m。
c) The connecting wires of a plug board shall have a protectingbush and a PE line (with a length shorter than 3.0m).
（十二）建筑内部的配电箱、电器、电源插座、线盒、开关、线路及其它电气装置件等不应直接安装在低于B1级的装修材料上。开关、插座及配电箱等，应设在参观人员不易触及和便于工作人员操作的地方。
(12) The distribution box, electrical equipment, power socket,outlet boxes, switches, circuits and other electrical devices etc. shall not beinstalled directly on the decoration materials with a combustion performancelower than class-B1. The switches, sockets and distribution box etc. shall be installedat places that are hard to be reached by visitors but are convenient for theoperators.
（十三）照明灯具的高温部位，当靠近非A级装修材料或构件时，应采取隔热、散热等防火保护措施。灯饰所用材料的燃烧性能等级不应低于B1级。
(13) When the hot parts of the lighting fixtures are close tonon-class-A decoration materials or structures, fireproof measures (such asthermal insulation and heat dissipation etc.) shall be adopted. The combustionperformance of the materials used on lighting fixtures shall not be lower thanclass-B1.
（十四）各展位和展台的筒灯、射灯、石英灯等灯具与展品、装饰物的距离不应小于0.3m，并应加装接线盒，电线不得外露。
(14) The distance between the lighting fixtures (such as downlights, spotlights, and quartz lamps etc.) and the exhibits and decorations ina booth shall not be less than 0.3m. In addition, junction boxes are required.Wires shall not be exposed.
（十五）展厅内的广告牌、灯箱、灯柱、LED显示屏等发热电器必须留有对流的散热孔，并应设置在通风良好处，且不应直接设置在可燃装修、布展材料或可燃构件上。
(15) Electrical appliances that give out heat (such asadvertising boards, light boxes, light cylinders, and LED panels etc.) in theexhibition halls shall be equipped with cross-ventilated holes and placed atplaces with good ventilation. In addition, these appliances shall not beinstalled directly on combustible decoration or exhibition materials orcomponents.
（十六）展厅内的电动模型、彩灯、霓虹灯以及声、光控制装置的电源变压器，应设在通风良好处，并有不燃壳、罩保护，且不得安装在可燃材料上。展厅内灯具配用的镇流器应选用电子镇流器或节能型电感镇流器，且不应直接设置在可燃装修、布展材料或可燃构件上。
(16) The power transformers for the power-driven models,illuminations, neon lights, and the voice- or light-controlled devices shall beinstalled at places with good ventilation and protected by noncombustibleshells or covers. In addition, these transformers shall not be installed oncombustible materials. The ballasts of the lighting fixtures in the exhibitionhalls shall be electronic ballasts or energy-saving electromagnetic ballasts.In addition, the ballasts shall not be installed directly on combustibledecoration or exhibition materials or components.
