Title: International Aviation Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities:
l Supporting client services in private and commercial aircraft operations. These include: route planning, overfly/landing permits, all related international affairs application, CFP, filing flight plans, JEPPESENaeronautical chart orders, and more.
l Handle negotiations and agreements with civil aviation authorities, fixed-base operators (FBOs), aircraft refueling suppliers, CIQ, and more.
l Process and file contracts in English and Chinese. Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and opinions in a timely manner.
l Selecting domestic/international and private/commercial aviation resource suppliers
l Complete various tasks as needed.
l Must be comfortable working in a start-up, multitask, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Position Requirements:
l Familiar with domestic and international airline operations. Preference will be given for those with international experience.
l Must be comfortable working in a start-up, multitask, and able to work under pressure.
l Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Foreign language skills: must be fluent in written and oral English.

l Support client and business jet operations. Maintain and develop positive relations with clients.
l Process and file client contracts in English/Chinese. Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and opinions in a timely manner.
l Selecting domestic and international corporate/commercial aviation resource suppliers
l Complete various tasks as needed
l Oversee and verify client’s flight plan and other operations

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Above
