【Abstract】The technology of corneal refractive surgery is increasingly mature. While corneal refractive surgery was helpful to remove glasses for more and more patients with myopia, the postoperative visual fatigue caused by it is also common, especially in the early postoperative period, It is related to the sudden changes in the accommodation function before and after the corneal refractive surgery. The eye' s accommodation function had the ability to provide a clear image focused on the retina, which was used for precise nervous system control of eye movements and for depth perception. The parameters related to accommodation include amplitude of accommodation , positive and negative relative accommodation , accommodation facility , accommodative response, AC/A ratio, etc. The short-term sudden change and long- term recovery trend of these parameters after corneal refractive surgery were important to evaluate patients' postoperative close work fatigue and guide preoperative design of operation method. In this paper, the effects of several common corneal refractive surgeries, such as small incision lenticule extraction ( SMILE), femtosecond laser-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis ( FS-LASIK ) and laser-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis( LASIK) , on the parameters related to accommodation function were reviewed, in order to promote the personalized design of corneal refractive surgery and pursue better visual effects.
