基弗近作及细节
被浇满了铅的画布,斑驳的裂缝,厚重的色彩肆意的颜料飞洒,基弗快73岁了,仍是一块坚硬的滚动着的石头!
基弗的作品是由记忆沉淀的想法驱动的,自由粒子停止移动以形成紧凑的团簇——在作品中,而时间则消磨在其中。要理解这一点,或许也许我们应该记住的是,艺术家出生于1945年。战争留下的毁灭痕迹影响着基弗的职业生涯。
基弗的日记中写道:“昨天倒了铅。在几幅你不想再看到的旧画作上。与以往不同,没有愤怒,没有绝望,你将这些画平放在地板上,然后将灼热的铅倒在上面。不再是由绝望驱使,因为你知道,总会有一个结果,失败也在计划之内。如果毁坏画作的行为是因为愤怒而非刻意计算而行,结果会有什么不同?铅流动方式会有什么不同?”

基弗写:“这一厚厚的铅层不可能从画布上脱落,颜料未干之时,如伤口化脓从滚烫的铅中溢出。几年前所作的画上,田地的小麦秆在凝固的铅层中看起来就像被烧焦的残余物 – 所有这些让我想起了波德莱尔的诗歌。”
