诗朗诵|当我开始爱自己

以真诚和价值为自己代言，以实干和热情为自己发声。一个开朗的性格，一个放松的状态，以及一种让人亲近的感觉，这就是我。腹有诗书气自成华，大家好，我叫刘成华，来自坐落于美丽的滨海城市北海的国投北部湾电厂，很开心能以一名北电人的身份把自己说给你们听。

我的家乡是第一只鸟飞起、第一朵花盛开的地方——辽宁朝阳，2015年我带着一颗赤诚之心跨越几千公里加入到国投北部湾这个“保万家灯火”的大家庭中。作为90后的我，既有仰望心空的情怀，更有脚踏实地的韧劲，汽机房里巡检的身影中有我，机组检修中做着细微化验的也有我，工作中一丝不苟，生活中追求丰富多彩。平日里喜欢瑜伽，偶尔读读书、学学英语，也参与到公司的支教工作中，对于支教这件事，我一直很认真也很享受和孩子们在一起的快乐时光。

我的宣言是：自信而乐观，做自己的摆渡人；人生很贵，请别浪费！

As I began to love myself

I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.

Today, I know, this is 'AUTHENTICITY'.

As I began to love myself

I understood how much it can offend somebody as I try to force my desires on this person,

even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it,and even though this person was me.

Today I call it 'RESPECT'.

As I began to love myself

I stopped craving for a different life,

and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.

Today I call it 'MATURITY'.

As I began to love myself

I understood that at any circumstance,

I am in the right place at the right time,

and everything happens at the exactly right moment,

so I could be calm.

Today I call it 'SELF-CONFIDENCE'.

As I began to love myself

I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick.

But as I connected it to my heart,

my mind became a valuable ally.

Today I call this connection WISDOM OF THE HEART.

We no longer need to fear arguments,

confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others.Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born.

Today I know

That is LIFE!
