Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
Coordinate administrative tasks, manage the agenda, and oversee the meetings calendar.
Serve as a translator and interpreter as required.
Establish and maintain high-level, sensitive contacts both within and outside the company, and coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Gather and prepare information for discussions and meetings.
Develop and prepare presentation materials for the General Manager.
Provide support in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Handle highly confidential and critical information with discretion.
Provide general admin support to the team, including document management, meeting coordination, preparation and related meeting room and equipment arrangement.
Oversee the office management to ensure the offices are well-maintained and functional.
Take care of the procurement of office equipment, stationeries, and promotional items, as well as manage all related vendors.
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
