马上就要进入假期了，星爸星妈们做好了陪伴星宝们的准备了吗？想好要和星宝们做些什么了吗？随着星宝们一天天长大，每天都在挑战着自己曾经的“不可能”，看着他们一天天成长，每天都在完成一个个小任务，在我们心中是欣喜，在孩子心中是满足。我们感慨孩子坚持走过的每一步，孩子感受自己能力成长的每一刻。
这个假期，也来些小挑战吧！
凯星老师们，为每个年龄段的孩子准备了一张任务卡，家长们可下载属于孩子自己的任务卡，和孩子们共同完成。爸爸妈妈们要记得，孩子不是独立在完成这些任务噢，而是和爸爸妈妈们一起，相信在这个过程中，不仅可以增进我们的亲子感情，也可以发展孩子们的各项能力哟！
让我们完成所有任务，成为更好的自己吧！
同时请家长们关注凯星暑期放假相关事宜。
2019年暑期放假时间 ：2019年7月18日至8月11日，8月12日（周一）正式开学。
在享受欢乐的假期时光时，请爸爸妈妈们注意以下几点：
1. 请在外出度假时一定留意星宝和家人的安全；
2. 带星宝驾车外出请使用儿童安全座椅并系上安全带；
3. 保证每天不少于一个小时的体育活动时间；
4. 每天抽出一定的时间，陪孩子一起阅读或游戏。
5. 尽量少带孩子到人群密集的场所，严防病毒侵入，特别要做好高温天气的防御工作，同时，家里做好通风透气。注意饮食卫生，防止病从口入，确保孩子身体健康。
6. 放假期间请星爸星妈继续保持星宝良好的生活规律，应保证星宝有足够的时间学习、娱乐、睡眠。
7. 多带孩子外出参加一些有益的活动，适时对孩子进行交通、水、火、电、饮食卫生等方面的安全教育，让孩子懂得一些安全防范知识。
8. 鼓励孩子在家中参与家务劳动，做自己力所能及的事，并能协助成人为别人服务，提高孩子的自理能力和责任意识。
在此，我们再次温馨提示家长： 暑假期间一定要做好孩子的安全教育和科学防护工作。

Summer vacation is upon us. This year's holiday is from July 18th to August 11th , 2019. School opens on Monday, 12th of August. We wish our children have a pleasant summer vacation meanwhile please pay attention to the following points:
1. Please pay attention to the safety of the children and the family when go on holiday.
2. When driving, please use the child seat and fasten the seat belt.
3. Guarantee no less than one hour of physical activity per day;
4. Set aside a certain amount of time every day to read or play with your children.
5. Trying to avoid crowded places , guard against virus intrusion, pay more attention during the high temperature weather. At the same time, ventilation at home is also important. Pay attention to dietary hygiene, prevent illness from eating, and ensure children's health.
6. During the holidays, parents should continue to maintain the good life style of children. They should be guaranteed enough time to study, play and sleep.
7. Take children out to participate in meaningful activities, safety education for children in transportation, water, fire, electricity, diet and hygiene, so that children can learn some safety precautions with the parents.
8. Encourage children to participate in housework at home, do what they can, and help adults to serve others, so as to improve children's self-care ability and sense of responsibility.
Here again, we kindly remind parents: during the summer vacation, we must do a good job in children's safety education and protection.
