Today was a wave of fun at Kinderworld International Kindergarten as we celebrated our annual KIK Water Day! Just in time to kick off summer holiday, the playground transformed into a splash-tacular water wonderland. Despite a week of soggy weather, the sun decided to make a grand appearance, just in time for our water-soaked festivities.
一年一度的“Water Day”又来啦，成都连续的阴雨天气让我们着实有些担心，但是感谢天公作美，天放晴了，星宝们期待的亲水节如约而至。
Our playground was home to three gigantic inflatable pools, each one brimming with summer excitement. We had one pool bubbling with foam, perfect for creating sudsy concoctions and frothy fun. The second pool was a vibrant sea of plastic balls, making every jump and splash a delightful surprise. And let’s not forget the third pool, filled with floaties in every shape and size imaginable—giant bananas, rainbow donuts, and more!
我们的操场被三个大大的泳池填满，泡泡池，海洋球池，造型各异的浮漂池，三个不同特色的泳池让星宝们可以尽情嬉戏和玩耍。
The action didn’t stop there! Kids and teachers alike joined forces for the ultimate water fight. Armed with water guns, they turned our playground into a splash zone, while buckets of water became essential tools for soaking friends and foes. And oh, the thrill of tossing water balloons! The squeals of laughter and splashes filled the air as everyone tried to dodge or catch those slippery little projectiles.
在欢乐的气氛当中，我们的水上大战也即将上演，星宝们都带上了自己的“武器”各式各样的水枪，有的甚至直接带上了水盆，尽情的和老师们，伙伴们在水里撒欢。
For those who needed a break from the water extravaganza, our fruit stand and beach benches provided a refreshing respite. Kids and teachers alike enjoyed juicy slices of watermelon, sweet strawberries, and other summer fruits, while lounging on the beach benches by the sandpit.
在水上大战的间隙，我们也为星宝提供了清凉的冰粉，美味的水果，以及补充身体热量的姜茶。小憩一下，然后继续投入“战斗”。
As the day drew to a close, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the school year. Water Day was a splash hit, reminding us all of the simple joys of summer and the importance of having fun together. Here’s to a sunny summer and more splashy adventures ahead!
