在快节奏的现代生活中，人们越来越渴望一个便捷、舒适的社区环境，能够在短时间内满足各种生活需求。信达・时代风华架空层的设计，以打造 15 分钟社区生活为主题，分为动区和静区，为居民们提供了一个理想的生活空间。
In the fast-paced modern life, people are increasingly longing for a convenient and comfortable community environment that can meet various living needs in a short time. The design of the open floor of Xinda · Times Elegance takes creating a 15-minute community life as the theme and is divided into active areas and quiet areas, providing residents with an ideal living space.
15分钟社区生活圈，旨在让居民在步行15分钟的范围内，就能满足日常生活的各种需求，享受便捷、高效的生活。信达・时代风华架空层正是这一理念的完美践行者。
The 15-minute community life circle aims to enable residents to meet the various needs of their daily life and enjoy a convenient and efficient life within a 15-minute walk. Cinda era is the perfect practitioner of this concept.
会客区：可以举办小型交流会、社区沙龙等活动，为居民提供了文艺欣赏和文化交流的平台。在这里，人们可以畅谈理想，分享生活的点滴。
Reception area: small exchange meetings, community salons and other activities can be held, providing a platform for artistic appreciation and cultural exchange for residents. Here, people can talk freely about their ideals and share every bit of their life.
放映区和茶室：“人间纵有千般苦，不比清茶一抹香。” 在运动过后，人们可以在此稍作休息，享受片刻的宁静。
Screening area and teahouse: " there are thousands of bitter, than a touch of green tea."After the exercise, people can have a short rest here and enjoy a moment of peace.
桌球区：这里是年轻人休闲聚会的热门地点，他们在这里挥洒青春的活力，享受竞技的乐趣。
Billiards Area: This is a popular place for young people to gather and relax. Here, they exude the vitality of youth and enjoy the fun of competition.
共享书吧区：集多功能厅、书店、茶馆或咖啡馆的特点于一身。人们可以在这里阅读书籍、品尝咖啡、放松身心，享受知识带来的愉悦。
Shared office area: break the space gap of traditional office, and provide people with an open, inclusive, rich and diverse communication space. Here, people can communicate, cooperate and interact freely to achieve the perfect integration of work and life.
艺术沙龙区：此处空间运用芜湖铁画的作品场景作为装饰主题，不仅展示了芜湖的传统文化，还为居民提供了一个欣赏艺术、交流文化的空间。
Art Salon Area: This space uses the work scenes of Wuhu iron paintings as the decorative theme. It not only showcases Wuhu's traditional culture but also provides residents with a space to appreciate art and exchange cultures.
在社交圈中，共享办公空间与颂体冥想空间独具特色。共享办公空间设施现代，布局合理，是创意与效率的汇聚地。颂体冥想空间宁静平和，能让人远离喧嚣，探寻内心安宁。这两个空间丰富了社交场景，满足人们不同需求。
In the social circle, the shared office space and the chanting and meditation space are unique. The shared office space is equipped with modern facilities and has a reasonable layout. It is a gathering place for creativity and efficiency. The chanting and meditation space is serene and peaceful, allowing people to stay away from the hustle and bustle and explore inner peace. 在信达・时代风华架空层，居民的一天精彩而便捷。清晨，在桌球区活力开场；上午，会客区交流分享；午后，茶室区宁静享受；傍晚，放映区沉浸视听盛宴；夜晚，艺术沙龙区感受文化魅力，共享办公区专注工作学习，颂体冥想区寻心灵安宁，15 分钟满足各种生活需求。
In the Cinda era elegance overhead layer, residents a wonderful and convenient day. 在现代住宅中，架空层正展现出越来越重要的价值，其未来发展趋势也充满着广阔的前景。架空层可以成为社区文化的展示与交流平台,它将不再仅仅是一个物理空间，更是社区精神文化的凝聚地。架空层未来将在理想化社区理念的引领下，不断创新发展。以科技赋能，打造智能化的服务设施，同时加强与周边社区资源的整合，形成更加完善的社区服务网络，真正实现 15 分钟便捷生活圈。
In modern residences, the open floor is showing increasingly important value, and its future development trend is also full of broad prospects. The open floor can become a display and exchange platform for community culture. It will no longer be just a physical space but a gathering place for community spiritual culture. In the future, under the guidance of the idealized community concept, the open floor will continuously innovate and develop. Empowered by technology, it will create intelligent service facilities. At the same time, it will strengthen the integration with surrounding community resources to form a more complete community service network and truly realize a 15-minute convenient living circle.

This design transforms the open floor into a multifunctional space integrating diverse social interactions and artistic healing, reaping abundant rewards. During the design process, attention is paid to the independence and interactivity of each area, allowing people to freely switch between different activity scenes. The material selection focuses on quality and environmental protection, enhancing the texture of the space. The overall design successfully achieves the multifunctional integration of social interaction, entertainment, and leisure, bringing people a rich life experience.
