本期“肝胆医‘声’|门脉高压月评”（10月），我们检索了2017年10月1日至31日间，PubMed发表的门脉高压诊疗领域文献共计8篇，其中诊断预测占5篇，多学科治疗占3篇。欣喜的是，其中2篇原创研究来自我国科研团队。
中山大学附属第一医院肝胆外科华赟鹏教授、复旦大学附属中山医院介入科罗剑钧教授和郑州大学第一附属医院感染病科曾庆磊教授应邀，与南方医科大学南方医院祁小龙教授一起进行联合解读，与大家分享探讨这些文献中值得我们学习的方法和思路、应当避免的问题和缺陷，以期与大家共同学习、共同成长。
