Fernando Rutz
佩洛塔斯联邦大学，巴西
Fernando 以兽医身份毕业于巴西南里奥格兰德州的佩洛塔斯联邦大学，后于1983 年获得此院校的家禽营养科学的硕士学位。
Fernando 在美国肯塔基大学获得了家禽营养学的博士学位。他现在任教于巴西南里奥格兰德州的佩洛塔斯联邦大学，主要教授单胃动物的生理和营养课程以及研究有机矿物质对家禽的作用。他对雄鸡的育种繁殖管理进行了研究，研究了在热力作用下蛋鸡的营养管理，肉鸡饲料中的物理形式以及换羽蛋鸡在不同阶段所需的钙、磷水平。
Fernando 撰写了出版好多本专业书籍，经常在国际会议或研讨会的论文集和期刊上发表文章。Fernando也经常巴西以及国际研讨会上发表演讲。
Jonathan Forrest Wilson
奥特奇大中华区总裁
任职于奥特奇中国，担任大中华区总裁。
Wilson先生领导着在各个大洲开展业务的企业，制定和实施创新的、以增长为重点的、具有影响力的转型战略，包括新兴市场和发达市场的跨境并购、销售、产品开发、资本项目和技术创新。他国际化的生活和工作经历使其与不同团队合作时起到非常重要的作用。
加入奥特奇之前，Wilson先生是越南胡志明市戈达科水产有限公司的首席运营官及执行董事。他曾就职位于马来西亚吉隆坡的Navis Capital Partners私募股权公司，担任高级顾问。在此之前，他担任马来西亚上市工业集团丰隆工业有限公司(Hong Leong Industries)的首席执行官及董事会成员。丰隆工业的销售额为14亿美元。
沃尔特 . 本兹 / Walter Benz
大荷兰人集团中国区总裁
沃尔特 . 本兹先生，德国人，大荷兰人集团中国区总裁，董事会成员。1965年出生于德国法兰克福市，1994年获得德国吉森大学工商管理硕士，2002年完成美国杜克大学高级管理进修。沃尔特.本兹先生是公益事业践行者，关注落后地区儿童教育及疾病问题。
刘祥东
2000年毕业于沈阳农业大学，兽医专业硕士学位。毕业后就职于国内一家种鸡饲养龙头企业，从事种鸡饲养、繁育、销售及企业管理工作。历任该集团饲养员、技术主任、分公司总经理、集团养殖板块总裁等职务。在十余年的一线工作中，积累了丰富的现场经验。对于白羽肉种鸡的养殖管理、疾病防控、营养调控等方面有着自己独到的心得及方法。现在就职于一家国内一流的疫苗生产企业，从事市场客户服务工作。专业的知识、丰富的经验以及对市场变化的准确把握，深受各大养殖企业的尊重。
蒋守群博士
国家肉鸡产业技术体系黄羽肉鸡营养与饲料岗位科学家
动物营养与饲料科学学博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师。毕业于浙江大学动物科学学院，曾在美国IOWA州立大学农业与生命科学院访学研究1年，现为国家肉鸡产业技术体系黄羽肉鸡营养与饲料岗位科学家。全国畜牧业标准委员会肉鸡工作组委员、农业部华南动物营养与饲料重点实验室副主任、中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会理事。主要从事动物营养与饲料科学研究。研究领域包括黄羽肉鸡精准营养供给、抗应激和肉品质营养调控，安全、高效饲料添加剂应用关键技术研究等。
Philipp Prang
大荷兰人集团全球禽畜粪污处理产品及业务发展经理
Philipp Prang 先生，德国人，现为大荷兰人集团全球禽畜粪污处理产品及业务发展经理，参与开发了多款畜禽粪便处理及干燥制粒系统。他将于2018年9月加入大荷兰人中国，支持中国区禽畜粪污处理解决方案。
敖志刚 博士 奥特奇中国专家顾问
1997年毕业于中国农业大学本科，1999年赴澳大利亚留学，先后获昆士兰大学农学硕士（2000年）和新英格兰大学动物营养学博士学位（2004年），2004年9月回国工作。敖志刚博士曾先后任职中牧集团华罗饲料添加剂厂销售员，奥特奇中国技术总监，东莞泛亚太生物技术有限公司副总经理兼市场和技术总监，现任奥特奇中国专家顾问，中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会应用技术专题委员会副主任。与国内大型饲料和养殖企业、农业大学保持长期紧密的交流与合作。主要研究方向：动物早期营养，抗生素替代物、酶制剂、有机微量元素、霉菌毒素。
侯杰/Hou Jie
大荷兰人中国区家禽客户解决方案总监
侯杰先生加入大荷兰人8年，原负责蛋禽业务电气控制部分，现主管家禽业务项目方案的制定，针对客户的具体需求和实际情况提供解决方案。参与了国内很多规模化养殖场的设计，建设以及投用。
侯杰先生对养殖设备/设计方案/后期调整有丰富的经验。
林刚博士 奥特奇
亚太区研发经理&微量元素管理技术经理
林刚博士毕业于中国农业大学和美国德州农工大学，同时也在中国农科院质量标准与检测技术研究所从事饲料质量与食品安全的博士后工作。他担任多个国际知名杂志的审稿专家，发表SCI文章30余篇，也是浙江大学和华南农业大学校外导师。
2014 年，林博士加入奥特奇中国，作为研发经理协助组建奥特奇和中国知名高校、研究所及企业的研究联盟。另外，林博士也为饲料和养殖企业提供技术服务和合作研发指导。目前他全面负责奥特奇整个亚太地区的研发工作，并作为微量元素管理技术经理为亚太区的客户提供技术支持。
刘洋/Alex Liu
大荷兰人中国区数据方案专家
刘洋先生毕业于南京航空航天大学电气工程专业，在自动控制、网络和程序设计领域积累了丰富的经验。刘洋先生于2010年加入大荷兰人，先前作为电气团队的领导者，负责大荷兰人设备在安装、调试等方面的电气技术支持。刘杨先生用自己的专业知识和丰富经验服务于中国的家禽和家畜养殖事业。
刘洋先生目前负责客户定制化数据解决方案开发和支持工作，并致力于大荷兰人本土化策略制定和推进。

Fernando Rutz ,Universidade Federal de Pelotas-Brazil
Dr. Fernando graduated from, Brazil Rio Grande do Sul Dezhou Federal University of Pelotas, as a veterinary. He received a bachelor’s in Poultry nutrition science in 1983 from the same school.
Dr. Fernando earned his doctorate in Poultry nutrition science from the University of Kentucky. He also works in Brazil Rio Grande do Sul Dezhou Federal University of Pelotas and mainly teaches the monogastric animal physiology and nutrition courses and research organic minerals in poultry. His current research activities are diverse and include the layers breeding, the nutrition management of laying hens under heat stress and the calcium and phosphorus level of layers when changing feathers.
Dr. Fernando also published a number of books and articles about poultry nutrition and frequently lectures at international conferences or seminars.
Jonathan Forrest Wilson, President, Greater China at Alltech
Jonathan Forrest Wilson is the president of Greater China at Alltech.
Wilson has led businesses with operations on every continent, developing and executing innovative and impactful growth-focused transformation strategies, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, sales, product development, capital projects and technology initiatives in both emerging and developed markets. His experience living and working internationally has shown him the importance of working with diverse teams.
Prior to joining Alltech, Wilson was chief operating officer and an executive director of GODACO Seafood in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He was also senior advisor to Navis Capital Partners Private Equity in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Previously, he was group CEO and a board member of Hong Leong Industries, a Malaysia-based, publicly traded industrial conglomerate with $1.4 billion in sales.
Walter Benz, president of Big Dutchman China, and a member of the board of directors, was born in 1965, Germany in Frankfurt. In 1994, he obtained his MBA degree at the University of Giessen in Germany, and finished his further education on advanced management in Duke University in 2002. Mr. Walter Benz is an active participant in public welfare causes, especially the children’s education and disease issues in less developed areas.
Liu Xiangdong
After graduation, he worked in a leading domestic chicken breeding enterprise, engaged in chicken farming, breeding, sales and enterprise management. He has successively served as breeder, technical director, general manager of the branch company and President of the group's farming sector. In more than ten years of front-line work, he has accumulated rich on-site experience. Regarding white feather broiler breeding management, disease prevention and control, nutrition regulation and other aspects, he has his own unique experience and methods. Now he is working at a first-class vaccine production enterprise in China, engaged in market customer service. His professional knowledge, rich experience and accurate anticipation of market changes are highly respected by farming enterprises.
Dr. Jiang Shouqun
PhD of animal nutrition and feed science, research fellow, master tutor. She graduated from the College of Animal Sciences, Zhejiang University . And visited the Academy of Agricultural and Life Sciences, IOWA State University for one year. She is now a scientist in the position of nutrition and feed for yellow-feathered broilers in the National Broiler Industry Technical System. She also is the member of Broiler Working Group of National Animal Husbandry Standards Committee. And work as Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed of South China Ministry of Agriculture and Director of Animal Nutrition Society of Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. She mainly engaging in animal nutrition and feed science research. Research fields include precise nutrition supply, stress resistance and nutrition regulation of meat quality in yellow feather broilers.
Philipp Prang,Product Manager, Waste Treatment Products and Business Development, Big Dutchman International
Mr. Philipp Prang, German, is now the global livestock waste treatment product and business development manager of BD Group. He has been involved in the development of various systems for livestock waste treatment, manure drying and pelletizing. He joined BD China in September 2018 to support livestock waste treatment solutions in China.
Johnie Ao, Consultant of Alltech China
Johnie Ao’s thesis focused on the effects of early nutrition and alternatives to AGPs to the gut health and performance of broiler chickens. Dr. Ao returned to China and started working at Alltech as Technical Manager after completion of his PhD program. He is currently serving as Consultant at Alltech China. Dr. Ao is also serving as Deputy Director at Applied Technology Committee of Animal Nutrition branch of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (CAAV). Dr. Ao’s interested fields include: early nutrition, alternative to AGPs, mycotoxins, organic minerals and feed enzymes. He published over 20 papers in journals and conference proceedings.
Houjie, Customer Solutions Director, Egg & Poultry, Big Dutchman China
Mr. Hou Jie has been with Big Dutchman for 8 years. He was responsible for the electrical control of Egg Business Unit, and now he is in charge of the plan formulation for egg and poultry projects, providing customized solutions according to the specific needs and conditions of customers.
With extensive experience in livestock equipment, design concepts and after-installation adjustment, he has participated in the design, construction and put-into-use of many large-scale farms in China.
Dr. Will Lin, Research Manager & Mineral Management Technical Manager, Asia-Pacific Alltech
Dr. Will Lin is a monogastric nutritionist, who has been involved in commercial feed mill, livestock production, research and industry training. He received postdoctoral training in Quality and Safety for Feed/Food, with a Ph.D. degree in Animal Nutrition and Reproduction.
Dr. Lin helped to develop “Alltech Research Alliances” with universities, research institutes, and top enterprises in China. His current position is research manager & mineral management technical manager, Asia-Pacific, servicing a wide client based across a broad spectrum of livestock species.
Alex Liu, Data Solution Expert, BD China
Alex Liu graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and astronautics with bachelor's degree of electrical engineering. Since then he accumulates rich experience on automatic control system, programming and network.
Alex Liu, joined in BD China since 2010, previously serving as a team leader of electrical support in installation, commissioning and trouble shooting. He has used his background knowledge and experience on the swine and poultry production.
Now Alex Liu is responsible for customized data solution for all BD customers who interests in new IoT, Big Data technology and related technology, and localization strategy researching in BD China.
