快乐和喜乐最大的差别在于，快乐(happiness)是由避开痛苦而得，而喜乐(joy)是投身于痛苦之中却有盼望的状态。
世人追求快乐，因为没有办法想像痛苦之中有何盼望。除非，我们相信上帝良善的计划，以及祂对人至深的爱，我们才能开始体会什么是喜乐。
这周和大家分享的第一首CCM是 Planetshakers 在2014年的作品：“Joy”。外表上它是个非常欢乐的快歌，但是歌词里却透露了在体会喜乐前那不可避免的痛苦过程。
