黑人在美国曾沦为奴隶两三百年，他们只能在周日的下午带着一把吉他来到密西西比河畔，透过忧郁的曲调抒发他们对生活的不满以及对家乡的思念，这就是“蓝调”音乐的起源。
当这些人有了信仰以及对永恒的盼望，从心灵的深处向上帝呐喊出的生命祈祷，又造就出了充满穿透力的灵魂福音歌曲。在这个节目里尧尧老师要带我们进入一个对华人来说很陌生的音乐领域“黑人灵歌”的世界，喜欢灵魂福音歌曲的朋友们，千万不要错过每周的“我灵歌唱”！
今天要带大家认识，黑人灵魂福音乐团最传奇的家族“The Winans Family”由爸爸David Winans 和妈妈 Delore Winans 生了10个孩子并且培养出了在美国福音音乐界的10颗巨星。
一开始他们都是到处做生命见证的歌手，但慢慢地他们的才华被知名制作人发掘，首先登场的是老二到老五：Ronald、 Marvin、Carvin and Michael，他们四个人组成一个四重唱的团体叫做 “The winans”1981年出道，一共出了二十多张专辑，创下许多金曲纪录，更是获奖无数其中包括六座葛莱美奖。
他们成功地将流行R&B和黑人灵魂福音乐风融合，创造出一种新型态的流行黑人福音曲风。今天我们就要先带您来了解“The Winans”这故事，并且深入本周的主题歌曲和R&B天后一起合唱，曾经在1985年拿下葛莱美最佳灵魂福音合唱歌曲的“Ain’t no need to worry – 没什么好担心的 ”… 赶快一起来听吧！
