The 2016 Grandall Cross-border Investment and M&A Conference ("Conference"), co-sponsored by Grandall Law Firm ("Grandall"), Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association ("CASPA") and Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd. ("E-Town Capital"), will be held in Silicon Valley, U.S. from 21 October to 23 October 2016.

由国浩律师事务所、华美半导体协会和亦庄国投共同举办的“2016年中美产业与技术投资暨国浩跨境投资并购论坛”即将于10月21-23日在美国硅谷举行。

The Conference will witness a warm discussion on forefront trends in the fields of investment and financing as well as legal risk prevention of cross-border investment among international famous VCs, business leaders, financial institutions, technology and investment intellectuals in Silicon Valley, famous professors and scholars from Stanford University and partners of Grandall.
