Project characteristics and customer requirements

This product is the cleaning appliance, it has little volume,with complex apparence, special gate location, and design it by using the multiple cavity, it require the effect of color change must be excellent as well and the flow balance.
Based on the product's feature and SINO hot runner system, we choose the SINO S-RHEO-CE system for customer, this kind of system is the slim nozzle body with the copper sleeve heater for the good heat balance on the nozzle, which suitable for the multiple cavity mold; the nozzle tip is machining by using special material, to extend its operation life, in this way, it can save the cost significantly; also with outstanding effect of color change, widely applying for multiple cavity mold of the package industry.
